    On August ******* I ordered two dresses. I reached out to Comstylish by chat and by email regarding an estimated delivery date. It took them days, to respond and I began to be ***** about the company. I received my order on 9/20 and was extremely disappointed. The garments were nothing like pictured on their website. I sent a text through their chat and two emails with details of my order. I also requested the return address. The email I received back was asking for pictures of the items. I provided that and received another email stating they forwarded to the proper department for their review. "I should not waste my time and contact them again in 5-7 days.". I wrote back again stating this is unacceptable and does not follow their return policy. I expect the return address and full refund.I am hoping that I fid not lose my money on this purchase. I also noticed this, seems to be their business practice.I tried calling their number and it was a fast busy signal that usually indicates a line being out of service.

    The dresses are NOTHING like pictured. I sent a photo of what arrived and what they pictured the dress to be. I altered one dress but the other 2 are just dreadful. No one will answer their phones. They are giving me the run around on returning these 2 dresses. I just want to send them back for a refund please. Thank you so much.

    I reviewed merchandise on Comstylish website and ordered 4 pieces of clothing on June 15, 2025 totaling $115.56. The merchandise arrived late on Sunday, June 29th. I opened the package and immediately noticed the merchandise was not the same as the pictures and descriptions on the website. The sizing was incorrect as well. The pictures on the website showed appliques, embroidery, and material sewn on the clothing but what was shipped to me were pieces of clothing that were dyed to try to appear like the pictures on the website but were far inferior and different than the pictures on the website. The 4th of July cotton t-shirt was not cotton but a synthetic material and the other pieces were not all cotton but rather mostly synthetic material. I also tried on the merchandise as it appeared large. Each piece was too large. I had ordered size large due to the sizing information on the website but it is incorrect. The next morning I emailed Comstylish to ask for instructions to return the merchandise as instructed. Below is directly from the website:1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our ************* team for return instructions and return address.2. All Purchase (except swimwear, underwear, *******, bags and accessories) can be returned within 30 days from the delivered date.3. Contact Us(Email: *********************************** and describe which item(s) you like to return and the reason for your return. Attach Photograph(s) for quality problems.4. Once getting the return address and instructions, please pack your items carefully and send your return package using a traceable carrier, and Send your return tracking number or a picture of return receipt to our customer service team.I followed ********************** instructions and have had 17 emails with them; they refuse to provide me with return instructions and have stopped communicating with me. I will accept a 50% refund back to my credit card as reimbursement for false advertising.

    This company is false advertising their product with AI. They are selling clothing items that are materials that are not able to wear paper thin. They are using AI generated pictures fo fool customers into purchasing trash then will not help the customer with a refund. I emailed them thee times asking for a refund of the un- used still in packaging products and they will not respond

    On August 9, 2025, I placed an order with Comstylish for 3 tops that were pictured as begin embroidered and one had sequins. They were lovely. I received them 3 weeks later and there were NOTHING like the pictures. They were huge caftan like things with an ugly design STAMPED on them. When I contacted the company via email on Sept. 1, 2025, we began an exchange back and forth-I wanted to return the items and get a refund. At first they said they had to be returned to ***** and that I would bear the full cost of the return. They never did say I would get my money back. They offered a 20% coupon and I could keep the items and I said no, I didn't want a coupon because I would never buy from this company again. Then they countered with a 30% coupon to which I responded again, that I didn't want a coupon of any amount because I would never buy from them again. At this point, I told them I would have to contact the Better Business Bureau.

    bought a knit sweater 8/20/2025. The description clearly says its a KNIT sweater. The picture shows a knitted sweater, you can tell its a knit sweater because there's yawn actually sticking out from the sleeves and waistline. When I received the "sweater" it wasn't knit. It's a regular sweat shirt with an image of the pumpkin on it. Not knit at all. Their refund policy doesn't reimburse shipping. I'm not paying a dime to this company to return this item that is clearly fraudulent. Their business model is to create fake ad's using AI, and never give an item that looks like the picture. Hoping to take people's money since it's a hassle to go through the return process.

    This is regarding an order I placed and received from Comstylish online store on 8/18/25 for $31.98. I received the item and it looks nothing like the online picture. It is a cheap, stiff, poorly printed and made top from ***** that resembled nothing like the soft flowy top in the pictures. I asked for a full refund back to my credit card. We went back and forth with that. First, they wanted to give me a 20% coupon and keep the top. I said no, I want a complete refund. Then they wanted to give me a 30% coupon and keep the top and they said I would be responsible to send it back to *****. I said no, I want a complete refund. The top isn't worth being shipped back to ***** and I don't want anything else from this store! This is a scam. Many people think so. I didn't check their reputation before I ordered. I didn't know that I needed to. This online store needs to be put out of business!! It's ripping people off left and right.

    The 4 items I ordered are NOT what is advertised on their site! I have the same complaints about this company that everyone else has had that has filed a complaint with you. They advertise dresses that are embroidered on linen fabric when in fact the images are stamped on a polyester fabric that feels like plastic. They say they have a return policy (minus some fees) and so far I have been trying to return these items for 3 weeks. Many emails later and still no instructions on how to return them. It's the principal at this point!! This company is a scam and they are taking advantage of consumers. I wish I had read the reviews and complaints before I went ahead an purchased anything from them.Thank you for your time!***** *******

    Ordered from this site on August 14th. Credit Card charged for item immediately. Item never shipped. No further correspondence. Emailed **************** following week to inquire about delay and cancel. No response even to today from company BUT with 24 hours of my inquiry product status changed to 'shipped'. No link to tracking number, no movement showing on 'shipment'. Looks like company just changed status to try to avoid cancellation and reimbursement for item charged for but not provided. Reviews appear to support this being a scam and company not providing items represented on their site anyway. Now Aug 30th and still no word from Company and no tracking for item. Want full refund. Believe this site should be shut down as a scam.
