On May 16, 2025, I placed an order with Comstylish for some clothing. I paid for this order in total when ordering in the amount of $104.96 which I placed on my credit card. I received the order on or about June4, 2025. After trying on the clothing, I decided that I was returning everything due to the inconsistent sizing & the quality of the fabric. On June 5, I sent an email requesting a return label. I received a reply asking me for a detailed reason for my return, which I did send. I received 2 more emails within the week offering me 20% off, which I declined, then 30% off which I too declined. I did not hear a reply, so I emailed again asking for the status of my return. Comstylish replied that they have submitted my return request to the relevant ************** was to contact them in 5-7 days, which I did. Comstylish replied that they are waiting to hear from the financial manager. I did attempt to call Comstylish but the listed phone number appears to be off the hook as it has a fast busy sound. I did contact again but now my emails are ignored.Initial Complaint

I purchased three items and they are too small. It say you can return but when I call the number I just get a busy signal and I have emaild 3 times the address they gave for returns and have not received a reply.Initial Complaint

I bought a dress from then and when I received it it was not as the picture , craftsmanship was bad and it was too big . I returned it to address on package and did not even wait for their email response because I was just very unsatisfied. Contacted phone number on package, a Chinese lady didnt understand what I was talking about . Sent more emails until finally some one answered. They offered a 30% discount voucher but I declined as I was worried about the quality . I was told they are awaiting the financial manager advise more than 6wks ago . The dress I ordered looks nothing like the dress I received. The dress was advertised as being linen in one part of the description and 95% cotton in another. The picture shows a patchwork style dress with clear designs on the fabric. The dress I received is neither cotton nor linen and the pattern is smeared. The advertised dress appears to be pieced together like a patchwork quilt with a gathered waist. Here is the product number: SKU: DZ-******-QX-Blue_red-S. My dress is one piece with no gathered waist and looks completely different than the dress advertised. They also charged $8.99 for mailing and they expect me to pay for return shipping! They should pay for shipping because the dress I received is nothing like the dress depicted on their website. I encountered Comstylish on the ****** website. It seemed to be a substantial company with very attractive and fun clothing that seemed just my style in plus sizes. On May 20, I proceeded to put together a substantial order of pants, tops, dress, sweater totaling $361.87. That is a lot considering no item was over$30. I was so excited about my order and was psyched to have a new wardrobe for summer.Between 5/26 and 5/28, I corresponded with support about when I could expect to receive my order because I hadnt even received a confirmation that I had ordered anything. They kept telling me to be patient. On June 2, I received an email with the tracking information but the number was so bizarre. When I accessed the number, it seemed like my package was on a slow boat from *****. On June 7,I finally received a battered, heavy shrink wrapped plastic bag marked **** Ground with a return address: Keathers Fottyes ************************************** When I cut open the wrapping, out burst 13 plastic bags. I was shocked. I opened a bag that was supposed to be a pair of 2T black linen pants but was a small pair of polyester ********** package: beige 3T pants. Not wearable. Two apple green pants when I ordered 1.I went through the order and found 3 other things I hadnt ordered. Missing others. There was no paperwork listing the contents. No labels on the clothes.I wrote support to tell them my dissatisfaction. They said I should get back to them in a week.Their position is they want me to return the merchandise to ***** but they say its expensive so they want to give me a 30% discount. and keep the clothes. I wrote back that I want to return the merchandise and get a refund.I need some guidance. I have never done business with a company like this. I thought it was American but it seems 3rd world. I made an online purchase from Comstylish for what I thought were fringe tops, when I received them it was fringe print tops; I immediately contacted their customer service department and requested a refund I have reached out several times only for them to offer me a coupon instead of a refund. I've sent no less than 5 emails requesting a refund of 2 sweaters that I bought online for about $75, and their response is that they will turn over to their finance department. They also tried to give me a 20% discount on future purchase to keep he items, which I declined. Items purchased were not as described in the ad or photos of the sale item. The quality was terrible. Not a woven sweater as ordered, but a screen printed sweatshirt!Thank you for any help provided. This has shown me never again to buy clothes online even though may look super cute in the ad!
