    Neither item I purchased is what is in the photographs or descriptions showed. These are printed items on cheap polyester and I never ever would have purchased. Its more than NOT satisfied!!!!! Their ad/page shows linen with embroidery. I got no linen, no embroidery! I got polyester with a bad pattern. Their response Dear customer,We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.The package should be returned to ***** and the shipping fee is borne by the ******** avoid high international shipping costs for you.Could you please accept a 30% coupon and keep the item?Your understanding will be highly appreciate.Kind regards **********************************

    On June 21sr 2025 I purchased a pair of shorts from **************************. The shorts were a pair of black/dark grey cargo shorts with LGBTQIA+ themed details with We the people printed in rainbow stitch. I dont know if some of the other complaints have been from LGBTQIA+ but if there are I am also concerned that this may be predatory and discriminatory. I have sent an e-mail to the Comstylish through their website.

    I ordered two items and canceled the order per the 24 hour cancelation policy and they started offering coupons to not cancel. I kept telling them to cancel and they refused to confirm the cancelation, so I disputed the charge through my credit card. Yesterday, they sent me an email saying they sent the items and I told them I disputed the charge. The response was that the boss didn't have time to cancel the order. I told them I will be refusing the delivery.Definitely avoid this company.

    I want a pair of blue jeans with embroidery of flowers on it. I sent them 69$ and some change But what I got was a pair of spandex with flowers ironed on. I have repeatedly emailed the on a refund i am more then happy to send the spendex back to them .they keep giving me the run around. They tell me I can not return it to the adress on the package.

    The item does not match the description of the item advertised. The dress is supposed to be 95% cotton and clearly it's all synthetic, no cotton fabric content at all. The workmanship is horrendous. This is a piece of junk from ***** that advertised on ******** and is deliberately deceiving customers. I want a refund!

    I received an item not matching what presented online.The dress received has miss matching aims: some strings are white, some are black. It is unwearable. The material composition label is missing, the place of manufacturing is not seen.The dress receive is a different pattern/cut than the one sold.I contacted ComStylish Support and was unable to return to dress, instead was coerced to accept a 30% coupon and keep the item.     They are doing an extremely dirty business. Photos and descriptions of the dresses online are completely different from what I received. Im totally shocked to see the dresses I ordered. One of them was described as linen blend patchwork dress. But its not patchwork, just a VERY BLURRY PRINT. The other should be lavender embroidered bottom lined dress. Everything is false. Its not embroidered, instead printed and its not linen. And the size is huge. I ordered medium, but it looks like extra extra large. The material feels extremely cheap and dress is poorly made.They shouldnt be doing this malicious business.

    Hello,

    I just want to inform you that the merchant refunded me.
    Five emails were exchanged with the merchant. Every time I asked where to send a return. They never answered to my inquiry, instead they asked me to accept 20% off coupon for the next purchase and keep the dresses. I refused and asked to provide the return address again. Then they asked me not to return but accept 30% off coupon for the future. I refused by saying I will never place an order again.
    I didnt hear from them for a week. I knew they would refuse to refund for not return the dresses in time. But to my surprise, I received the refund today.
    Thank you very much for your help. Without your contacting the merchant, I suspect they would ignore my repeated requests.
    I saw BBB rates the merchant F and I found many people complaining that they dont accept return. I should have checked BEFORE placing an order with an unknown merchant. I learned a lesson.
    Anyway thank you very much for your service.

    On May 16, 2025, I placed an order with Comstylish for some clothing. I paid for this order in total when ordering in the amount of $104.96 which I placed on my credit card. I received the order on or about June4, 2025. After trying on the clothing, I decided that I was returning everything due to the inconsistent sizing & the quality of the fabric. On June 5, I sent an email requesting a return label. I received a reply asking me for a detailed reason for my return, which I did send. I received 2 more emails within the week offering me 20% off, which I declined, then 30% off which I too declined. I did not hear a reply, so I emailed again asking for the status of my return. Comstylish replied that they have submitted my return request to the relevant ************** was to contact them in 5-7 days, which I did. Comstylish replied that they are waiting to hear from the financial manager. I did attempt to call Comstylish but the listed phone number appears to be off the hook as it has a fast busy sound. I did contact again but now my emails are ignored.

    I purchased three items and they are too small. It say you can return but when I call the number I just get a busy signal and I have emaild 3 times the address they gave for returns and have not received a reply.

    I ordered a dress and when I received it, it looked nothing like the picture. They sent me a different dress.That does not even look like the picture. I believe this is false advertisement.
