I purchased 9 items from this site. The items are horrible versions of the items they advertise on the site. Every item I received is made of very thin, inexpensive material. The print in the fabric is faded and looks like a pixelated photograph rather than and actual print. I have reached out to the company to request a refund and they are giving me the run around. This site is using false advertisement to steal and they should not be allowed to continue scamming people out their hard-earned money. International companies should be accountable for a certain standard when conducting business in the ************* just like our local businesses are.Initial Complaint

I contacted Comstylish and requested return address and instructions for my order, Order ID **********. I also do not think I should pay for the return shipping due to receiving the dresses late and because the dresses were not as shown in the pictures.We received the dresses after the date that the site said we would receive the dresses. The event for which the dresses were purchased had passed and the dresses could not be worn. Also, the dresses were not as advertised.The pictures of the dress do not look like they are pictures printed on fabric. This is misleading. We thought the dress would have knitting that looked like bones as shown in the pictures. I purchased through their website. Shipment was taking a long time. Got a response that it was on its way. I received the three dresses and they were nothing like what was advertised. Cheap silkscreen no layers not even close to what was advertised. Contacted them and asked for a refund and where to send the item back to. Got a response that they have to go back to *****. I dont care I will pay for return shipping but no response to where to return it to. They have to send it to another department for consideration for approval. No response except. I sent pictures, multiple emails. No response, filed claim with Affirm because that who I paid them through but they sided with Comstyle. I submitted an order on September 13, 2025, order number VG00297572. Upon reviewing the item and shipping times, the shipping dates met my needs. Once I actually processed the order, the "actual" shipping date was substantially different. I immediately notified them to cancel the order a few hours later, upon seeing the actual shipping times. This was within their 24-hour cancellation period for a refund. I received a confirmation that my cancellation request was submitted to the supervisor for processing on 9/16/2025. It is now October 30, 2025 and I have yet to receive a refund. In addition to that, the order showed up today so they clearly ignored my request. I refuse to pay for this, particularly now seeing how cheap the items are compared to what they advertised. I have documentation emails to support my cancellation request and their confirmation. I will happily return the items they send me in error if they send me a self-addressed, paid, shipping container. In short, I want and am owed $124.95.Initial Complaint

I am filing a formal complaint against the company operating at ****************************** for deceptive business practices, false advertising, and refusal to honor its stated return policy.This company advertises merchandise using high-quality product photos that appear to be taken from other sources on the internet. These images create the impression that customers will receive well-made, accurately represented items. However, the products actually shipped to customers are completely different from what is advertised.The items delivered are extremely poor-quality, cheap-looking versions that do not match the color, fabric, construction, fit, or overall design shown on the ********** addition, the company claims to offer a 30-day return policy. In practice, they do not honor it. Customers who attempt to return items within the stated timeframe are ignored, refused, or told that returns are not possible. As a result, buyers are forced to keep products that are misrepresented and defective. Most of these items end up in the ******** is my position that this is fraudulent behavior: the company is driving sales using images of products they are not actually selling, fulfilling orders with substandard counterfeits, and then blocking returns to prevent chargebacks of damaged or misrepresented goods.I am requesting that the Better Business Bureau investigate ****************************** for the following reasons:1. False and misleading advertising of products.2. Failure to deliver merchandise as described.3. Failure to honor the stated 30-day return policy.4. Deceptive practices that financially harm consumers.I believe this company is intentionally misleading customers and operating in bad faith. Purchased garments found online with said business. Once received, they are nothing like what they are supposed to be. Everything is printed on material instead of how it shows online which is supposed to be embellishments and fringe and lace. Sweater shown online is not a sweater when you receive it. Its merely the image of the colors printed on it. I contacted the company which does not have a phone number. And emailed them to let them know I wanted to return all these items as they are nothing like they were advertised. (Bait and switch) They responded to me two weeks later to just say they would get back to me. And then nothing. All Im wanting to do is return these items and they wont even let me do that. I know this company is a scam, after the fact. But still, I am hoping for some type of recourse. I am happy to send these items back. But they ignore my request. Images of what they show online versus what I received is attached to this inquiry as examples. Look closely to the modeled images. You will see that there are numerous in embellishments and other additional fabrics attached to the shirt. But theshirt they send is literally a poor piece of fabric with just the image printed on. It also came in an extra large. Not that thats the point and the sweater the model is clearly wearing, which is knitted, came to me as the same type of just printed colors on super large itchy fabric. If they do not allow me to send the clothing back to a US address, then I would like a refund. The nature of the dispute is that ************************** wants to compensate with a 25/35% coupon, but this is not satisfactory. The dresses purchased look absolutely nothing like what is presented on the website, so it is only fair that a full refund is given. I have requested a full refund immediately (upon receipt of the dresses), and several times thereafter. The company will not provide an address to return the two dresses to and will not give a refund. The products were ordered 11 September 2025 and they will not provide a full refund. Due to their deceptive marketing practices, a full refund is warranted. I have all the e-mail communications, but do not know how to upload them. Thank you.Initial Complaint

I placed a large order with Comstylish for several clothing items. I was floored at the cheap items I received. The items represented on their website are totally misleading to the point of false advertising. I immediately contacted the company for the return address and they have been stalling me since then, offering a 20% CREDIT for me to keep the clothing. I will never do business with this company again. I want to return all of the items for a complete refund to my credit card.
