On 12/1/2024 after giving my email and phone info to quote ********** I have been bombarded with calls, emails, and texts sometimes one minute apart I am on the national do not call list and have repeatedly asked to be removed from call lists and have block numbers ever since and can not get the contacts to stop.

Quotewizard.com has been continuously been giving out my phone number and I received endless calls from insurance agents daily after I had filed a complaint with the bbb and had my phone number registered with the national no call list. They had claimed to have removed me from their call list but are continuing to give out my number. My original complaint number was #********. I just want the calls to stop!

QuoteWizard is an insurance comparison shopping website where consumers can find insurance quotes from agents. We do not provide insurance quotes, and we do not contact consumers for this purpose.
QuoteWizard has added the consumers information to its internal Do-Not-Call list on 12/13/2024, and we have notified our referral agents to cease all contact to the consumer immediately.?This request took ***** hours to be completed.
However, ************ lead partners may have provided the consumers contact information to other vendors that provide services similar to QuoteWizard. *********** has no knowledge regarding whether another vendor or agentover whom QuoteWizard has no controlhas the consumers contact information and continues to contact the consumer. *********** cannot control communications from such third parties. I am rejecting this response because:This is the same response I received when I filed the 1st complaint against the company and I continue to receive daily calls if they have given or sold my information to other salespeople or organizations I would like to know who so that I can follow up with them to stop the daily harassment of salespeople calling me at work and home on a daily basis which as far as I am concerned is in violation of the national no call list my number is registered with. I have never asked for a quote which makes this even more aggravating I daily tell people to put me on their no call list and continue to receive calls. So if they have passed on my information I would like to know to whom they have given it to.

11/1 is when i signed up with *** ****** who told me I would receive exclusive high intent leads but this was a big lie as I didn't get anything exclusive or high intent., It was a bunch of Junk leads that i returned to them. It comes off as a scam due to what their salesman sold on and what they actually have does not line up to meet the needs I was promised it would meet. This is the worst , I even had their so called leads threating to sue me. I just want a refund

I purchased $1,000 worth of leads from a lead provider QUOTE ****** and they have sold me leads which disconnected phone numbers, people who already have insurance with my company, and they refuse to give me credit back as per their own terms. They have a scam where they sell you leads with invalid phone numbers, or fake names i.e. Mickey ****** and then cap you on the refunds they allow, but they sell you three times as much garage. They are stealing and have a serious scam going here. I have purchase lead filters which are: must have 1 year insurance, must be clean in 3 years, phone number must be valid, and cannot have insurance with my company already. They are selling me leads that dont meet my filters and they dont credit back. When I called them, they just tried to sell me more leads. I tried to attached a sampling of what they sold me, but the file is too large, thats how many they sold me. Happy to email as an attachment or mail upon request.

QuoteWizard has conduct additional research on the documented received. As previously stated, lead credits are available to a maximum of 25% of the total leads received and the agent signed and agreed to a contract with QuoteWizard for the following filter packages:
Preferred Homeowner Search No Condo leads which filter for ********* Home and No Condo.
Wizard Premier Auto leads which filter for the driver being insured 1 or More Years, No Incidents, Driver Over 25, Not High Risk, No DUI, No SR22, and No Suspensions.
QuoteWizard cannot disclosure specific details for each lead credits on the documentation provided because we cannot provide any personally identifiable information on the response.

I have never used this service or been on the site or provided my contact information IN ANY WAY. I googled insurance options and only visited the ***** and United websites where I also did not submit ANY personal information. I have received 80 phone calls in the past 28 hours from QuoteWizard using different phone numbers. They all leave a silent 14 second voicemail. If I answer they ask about my health insurance inquiry THAT I NEVER SUBMITTED. I have answered and asked to be removed from their lists for 30/80 calls. I sent a complaint email and have received no response. I have never given quote wizard any information nor ever interacted with them. I did not provide my phone number or any personal information.

QuoteWizard.com, LLC (QuoteWizard) received a ****** lead from the consumer (*** *****) for a health inquiry quote (dental) on 10/23/2024. The consumer went through QuoteWizard standard qualification process.And after receiving the BBB complaint, QuoteWizard was able to pull the consumers call, unfortunately, because the consumer was interested only for a visual/dental plan, we were unable to match the consumer with a carrier.

I have never signed up for any kind of quote but I get hundreds of calls a week. I cannot block the number and tell everyone i do not want on the list to no avail. I can no longer use my phone and I run multiple businesses so this is really starting to hinder my business. If this doesn't stop i will have to go after them for punitive damages. Please have them remove any contact info that was incorrectly entered into their system and they are selling to subscribing partners as "leads".

I received several calls in one day from a state farm in a state I dont reside in. They confirmed quote wizard provided my birthday (thankfully slightly off), name, number which is violating and annoying. In the same time soan Ive received 10 spam calls within minutes of these calls. Im surprised I could actually find information on this company and Im upset they shared my personal info for marketing reasons. Never reached out

I purchased life insurance leads from Quote Wizard on Monday, September 16th 2024.I had given this company $250.00 for exclusive leads that were guaranteed verified, only for me to start calling these leads and finding out the numbers were either disconnected or not even the right number to begin with. I had tried to get someone from customer service on the line for the past three days and finally got an answer back today. When speaking to customer service I requested to cancel and have at least the remaining $150.00 on my account refunded to my credit card, and when I gave him my reasoning he gave me very little explanation and before I could finish speaking he abruptly hung up on me. This does not seem like a very honest business, nor does it seem like a business that values it's customers. I am an independent agent, meaning I'm self employed and my income fully depends on these leads. It's hard to make a living when I'm receiving bad leads that I PAID for when they were supposed to be exclusive and verified. I would prefer a refund of the full $250, but I would even be willing to settle for at least the remaining $150.00 on my account as this has taken a hit to my earnings. Hopefully this issue can be resolved and everyone can go their separate ways afterwards. Thank you.

QuoteWizard.com,LLC (QuoteWizard) has investigated the matter addressed in the BBB complaint. Agent signed on QuoteWizard.com, LLC (QuoteWizard) to receive leads, calls, or services on September 16, 2024, with Exclusive Life Leads ($15 per lead); the agent contacted *************** at QuoteWizard to move the initial activation date from 09/23/2024 to 09/20/2024, the agent account began to receive leads on 09/20/2024.
The agent received 5 leads at $15 each for a total of $75 (leads) and 1 $10 lead totaling $85:
$250 initial agent deposit
$85 (billable leads)
$250 - $85 = $165 was refunded to agent.
It appears when the agent called in on 9/26/2024 the call was disconnected, we sent the agent a confirmation email that we would be closing out the account. The agent also emailed our support inbox requesting to cancel, we confirmed the account would be closed out and would refund the remaining balance to the agents primary card.
After reviewing the cancellation call from 9/26/2024,the QW representative was very professional with responses and showed the agent how to credit leads before we would close out the account. It appears that the call might have gotten disconnected from the agent's end. We did send a courtesy follow-up email that we would close out the account.

I am getting too many texts and calls from many different numbers from quote wizard non stop. I did not provide them with my phone number and I have no way to stop this. I have never given quote wizard any information nor ever interacted with them. They contact me via text or email every hour and it has gotten to the point of pure harassment.I feel like this almost a phishing scam where they are trying to collect data for identity fraud.
