"The ****** **** Apartments has had multiple complaints from tenants and surrounding neighbors regarding the unsafe conditions behind the apartment-particularly the garages and garbage area behind the building. There has been numerous requests to the property manager (************************* of Maven Properties NW) to secure and lock the garbage area and garage to prevent vagrants from creating a public nuisance by doing drugs in public, scattering trash and human waste in the public alley, and creating fire hazards that endangers the lives of the public." ...
