I have been charged fraudulently by ECHST.NET beginning on February 22 of 2020 continuing through January 12, 2023. The charges began with one a month and then changed to 2 charges a month. They have continued to charge me for 3 years, every month, without my authorization. I have no accounts or subscriptions through any site they bill for. I would like a full refund for all charges or will be pursuing legal action.Business Response

I signed up for an adult entertainment website (SayUncle) after Thanksgiving for their promotion price of $9 a month. Since then, my checking account has been hit five (5) times for a total of $55.88. These charges (one of which was for $29.98) are all from a company called ECHST.com. There were random charges of $3.00. I didn't buy extra material and I probably only visited the site two (2) times before unsubscribing. I chatted with an ECHST agent on Dec 17, 2022 and said I wanted unsubscribe from the site and to please stop charging. They sent me a confirmation email about unsubscribing that evening. On Dec 28, 2022, I was charged again for $9.95. I chatted with an agent and asked why I keep getting charged. I was told the $29.98 was for a website called GayHD. I've never heard of this website. I asked for my money back. I'm not embarrassed about subscribing to these sites and I think that's how companies like these can get their hands dirty. What I'm embarrassed about is letting this go on for more than it has to.Business Response

i received multiple transactions most ranging from 20-50$ from ESCHT.net. I have no clue what it is or how i am getting charged for this please help . These charges start (as far as i know ) Sept 6 and still havent ended please help. The customer contacted us yesterday and the account has closed and blocked.
All attempts to refund the disputed charges were declined by the customer's card issuer. This usually occurs when the card issuer has already blocked the card and begun the chargeback process.

I am rejecting this response because:US Direct Express stated they were unable to initiate a chargeback until they had confirmation from the business. The bank indicated that I could add the business charges to a fraud report if the business had not refunded the charges within 7 - 10 days. The bank assured me that the business would be able to credit my account even with the card closed. Someone is not being truthful with this.
