    11/05/2025. I received an email stating I had been signed up for "*******************". Apparently, they have a feature when signing up for "********" that will automatically sign you up for these shady "dating" sites. I feel this is incredibly deceiving as they rely on you not really paying attention so they can try and get another charge from you. I immediately requested the ******** account be deleted through the website.Regardless, I called the Nevada office multiple times asking that both accounts be closed. They confirmed the ******** account was closed but said the "***********" account couldn't be closed, only the subscription be canceled. I also had some **** tell me that both accounts were closed. Which is it? I see plenty of replies on here from the billing company stating that others are able to have their accounts permanently closed/deleted, and the cards blocked. I want it so that both of these accounts are closed (as this company has done for plenty of previous consumers) and that no further accounts can be opened with my information, and that no charges will be attempted against my card. This is the resolution that I am seeking as it is not fair that others can have their information removed but I get the run around.The email associated with the accounts is ***************************

    I have been charged ***** from *********************************** I have no idea what this place is and what they offer. All I want is for the business to deactivate my payments, pay back what they are trying to charge me for and deactivate any accounts related to my card.

    Monday February 23rd 2025 at 10:00 p.m. Central standard time I was charged unknowingly and I did not give authorization for a charge of $2.06 A few minutes later on the same date from the same company I was charged again I did not make this charge I did not authorize this charge Sunday February 23rd 2025 1031 p.m. Central standard Time this second charge on the same date was for $57.68 I do not have any knowledge nor have I received any type of goods, services or items, company named on my transaction list, until reviewing my transaction was leaving somebody I had no idea what this company even was nor had I ever heard of it. Strange charges by this company that had been listed ****** internet browser it was a very very high position possible scam rated, following that warning instructions were given to dispute charges immediately and also look for multiple charges. I'm looking for 100% total refund of the total amounts of money immediately please let me know if you have any questions thank you

    Signed up for a two day trial. Cancelled the service before the trial was up. Company charged me even after I received a confirmation of the cancellation.

    I was unknowingly charged $2.00 by this company. I believe it was because I signed up on some websites and they got hold of my information. I don't consent to being charged by them at all.
