      Seller: Amazon.com Product: Old Spice Classic Deodorant Stick, Original Scent for Men, **** oz Order placed on 09/11/22. Delivered home on 09/22/22 I used it for the 1st time on 09/27/22. Once I arrived work I noticed that the odor was like onions at the armpits and not the described odor. Unfortunately I am a doctor and had to spend a 14 hours at work smelling like onions in the clinic. I took a shower when I came back and applied again, paying more attention and confirming that the odor was from the "deodorant". Therefore they sold me either an expired, rotten, damaged product, or they put something else inside the bottle. Also the color of the "deodorant" is green and I went to search for it online and at the pharmacy and it should have been blue color. I contacted Amazon.com on 09/28/22 via chat for help. I chatted with 2 different person (the "regular" customer service person, and then the manager), and they both refused to help. I looked at this product reviews at Amazon.com and more people have complained about this same issue and all have been ignored. Also I tried to post a review about the product and I was not allowed

      Order date Aug 17, 2022 Order #***-9321561-1770619 Order total $176.48 (1 item). ************** Lawn I ordered this mower the above date and order number from Amazon. The product arrived without assembly instructions, packing list, batteries, and battery charger. Upon contacting the seller they did not offer to send any of the missing items. In addition they said the batteries and battery chargers were not included and were extra. This was not mentioned in the Amazon description of the product. The Amazon representative, ****, read the description and agreed. The seller would only issue a refund if I shipped the mower back at my cost and re-package the original box and a larger box increasing shipping costs. Entire situation was unacceptable. Seko with Amazon agreed and filed an A-Z Claim. I was told I would be issued a full refund from Amazon not the seller and I would not have to return mower. A few weeks later I had not received the refund and called back. The representative filed another A-to-Z claim and the agent said the same I would receive a refund from Amazon and would not have to send them over back that I cannot use. I still have not received a refund and I called back again. Today The agent and their supervisor said I had to send them over back and the seller had to issue the refund. It is now past the time the seller will issue the refund. Multiple Amazon agents told me I would be refunded from Amazon not the seller and I did not have to return the unusable mower. Today I am being told The exact opposite. I dont trust Amazon nor the seller. The only right thing to do at this point is for Amazon to issue my refund as promised by **** and the agents I spoke to following him. Amazon, needs to listen to the recordings of those calls and deliver on the promise. I do not feel comfortable making large purchases from Amazon after this experience.

      About 5 years ago, I was blocked from leaving reviews or ratings on Amazon. I have emailed the appropriate team ([email protected]) as suggested. I've probably emailed them over 100 times and not only do they not respond, but they also don't even open the emails. Regular customer service reps can't do anything except tell me to contact the above email. I'd like to have my reviewing privileges restored - I'm a new mom and I need to be able to ask questions about products and I would like to leave honest reviews on products that helped me (or didn't!) as a new mom.

      My name is *******************. My Amazon account is AKMY FAMILY (?mail: ***************************Amazon deactivated it due to being related to the Reyhan+Star Amazon account. It was deactivated by mistake. The real owner of Reyhan+Star is ***********************. She was my former business partner. We entered into the business partnership on July 19, 2022. The goal of that business partnership was to launch the basic work process and earn the identified capital. After two months of a business partnership, we reached the goal and terminated it on September 2, 2022. The possible connections: -We work in one office to save money for renting two offices. The address of this office is ******, ***************************************************************************. I used that address in my account to inform Amazon that I worked here. -Consequently, we had one Wi-Fi spot.       Another company that does not allow you to speak to a. Acct specialist after they close your acct. but they closed the wrong acct. you get a outsourced call can't understand what they are saying will not give you their real name or id number. And out right refusal to speak to someone I actually understand, but get this is a multi billion dollar company that can take peoples money but isn't willing to answer customers questions, I can't communicate when I don't understand the employees and I can't explain how our financial system works to a person that is born and raised in ***************.

      I received a package from ***** tracking #**********************, from ****************************************************. I didn't order anything. That was what was in there NOTHING! What's up? Is it some kind of scam? Was I charged for something not ordered/received?

      Regarding the charges, I request you to please check your billing statement, if you are charged for anything that you do not recognize, please check if you have a charge id for it, it will be 9 digits alphanumeric, it will be available for all Amazon charges. If there, please share it with us to locate the transaction. If none is available, please contact the bank to file a dispute.

      I have been an Active Amazon Prime Member for many years and spend way to much money at Amazon. That being said I purchase lots of products, and all legitimate purchases. However maybe **** months ago I am all of the sudden unable to post product questions or post product reviews. I recieve the following message when I try: "We apologize but Amazon has noticed some unusual reviewing activity on this account. As a result, all reviews submitted by this account have been removed and this account will no longer be able to contribute reviews and other content on Amazon. If you would like to learn more, please see our community guidelines. To contact us about this decision, please email [email protected]."I have sent [email protected] probably 6 emails with not a single reply. I want to know why I have been banned? There should be an explanation on why I was banned and for the amount of money I spend should be able to post product questions and reviews withhout being blocked. This is unfair business practice for sure!

      I have a very strange problem with my Amazon accounts. I can't get any information from Amazon itself at all. All my calls and appeals go unanswered, even though I am promised that I will get the information I need within ***** hours of calling. Not once has anyone contacted me. That is why I am forced to turn to you for help. The only suspicion as to why these problems occurred is that I did not notify Amazon about the bank account change. It was after trying to change that they restricted access to my accounts. My demand is to get the access to my accounts back!

      I am rejecting this response because:

      They misunderstood me, I'm asking for access back to my accounts not to reinstate them! I have a second problem with them blocking my account. But I turned to you for a solution to the first problem related to regaining access to the account. 

      I am 100% sure they got it wrong as usual. Have them take a close look at my issue. They answered on an entirely different issue that I didn't even bring ** in my complaint!
