      Greetings, My name is ********************. My account was blocked due to Potential Copyright Image Misuse (SUPER ******* This happened as a result of using copyrighted photos. I didn't know the photo was copyrighted due to lack of knowledge about intellectual property rights. At the time, I didn't have a lawyer to verify this photo, nor a photographer to take a unique photo of my products. I am sincerely sorry that this issue occurred on my account. I take full responsibility for this and have done my best to fix and prevent this issue in the future. I have written an appeal with all explanations and preventive measures about this issue. When I submitted an appeal I have never heard answer from Amazon. Please look at the attached document and assist me in this issue. I respectfully ask you to consider the details and have influence on Amazon to reinstate my account, because I presented all the explanations to prove that I realised my mistake. Best wishes

      I was sent a $100 gift card and I made a purchase and at 1:00 a.m. they canceled my purchase this was around September November ish so I signed back in and I had a security thing and they asked me for proof or a verification so I sent screenshots of my aunt who sent me the Amazon gift card and they reviewed it and said thank you and it turned out to be true but not giving me back of my account I've been looking for something for 3 months now and it's very getting on my nerves because I don't want to lose $100 Amazon is not trying to help me get my account back and they're just telling me the same exact thing. I'm very confused because I sent them the proof and they reviewed it saying that the proof was true but now they're not giving me back my account and when I submit they say they cannot do nothing or something to the for their notice I've been trying 3 months now if they don't give me my 100$ i will be bringing this to court. All it says when i try to log in is "The information you supplied was reviewed by Amazon but we cannot remove the hold on your account at this time. For details, check for an email or text message from Amazon describing next steps. Please contact us for further concerns." The email i used for amazon is *********************
