On 3/22/2021, I submitted a timely claim for the MB Blue Tec Settlement. I submitted 100% of required documentation and was assigned a claim number of PCJPD-Z9AMH. I called, left voicemails, emailed for follow up. No returned calls or emails. Seeing similar complaints in online forums with people not getting paid. I want to be paid the full amount I am due as being a qualified class action member with damages.

I am rejecting this response because:

I experienced the blutec issue and paid for repairs.

Per the settlement, "Former owners and lessees can receive $822.50"

I am a FORMER owner entitled to the $822.50. Per the attached, I submitted 100% of required documentation. If I did not, I would have received a notice. Notice of denial or an incomplete claim never happened.

If there is a claim that I "current owners and lessees can receive $3,290 if no former owner/lessee submits a claim for the same vehicle. If a former owner/****** does submit a claim for the same vehicle, current owners and lessees can receive $2,467.50. Former owners and lessees can receive $822.50, divided equally among former owners/lessees who submit claims for the same vehicle."

Please provide a specific case reference for why I am denied.

If no reference for denial is provided, I want the $822.50 that I am to.

      Sincerely,

      ******* ****

JND Legal Administration is in charge of the Settlement for the Mercedes Mar Red Paint. They are not paying out on their claims. Please look at all the ****** Reviews on this company. I have been in contact with them since April. I have given them everything possible to get reimbursed for my expenses. If they do respond it is a generic email or a person calling with no information just saying they have my claim and someone will contact me and no one does. I truly believe, 100% that they are a scam company. Please look into how much money if anything they have disbursed with the Mars Red Paint Settlement. They do things just enough for it to see like they are not involved in deceptive practice.

My name is ***** *******, I am so sorry I missed the 7 day response period.  I would like to continue with the complaint again JND Holdings, LLC.  JND Holdings mentioned that the parties have not issued a determination yet in their response.

I would like someone with KNOWLEDGE of my claims to contact me from JND Holdings so we can discuss where everything is in the process and what is the timeline for a determination. I submitted my response to the denied claims on Wednesday, August 7th. It has now been over 3 MONTHS. As you can see from their response this company is very evasive with all of their information and it is very general.  In the past if I do get a response from them a person would only say "the claims are being processed".  I truly do not believe that this company will EVER pay out on their claims.

A question for the BBB. Is there a specific period of time that they need to pay the claims by? Meaning could they keep saying that they have not issued a determination for years? Or is there is a timeline cutoff?

Thank you so much for your help. There have been so many claims against this company at the BBB. I wonder what the next step to do about this company would be?

      Thank you for your time,

My response which you can publish on your site:

JND Holdings did contact me. They provided some information about the status of my claims BUT when asked when payment would be sent (an approximate time frame 1 month, 3 months, 5 years) they had no information. They said they would call me back but did not and it has been several weeks since that phone call. I would like to keep this case open until I receive the check. I truly don't believe that this company will EVER pay out on any of their claims. They do just enough as to not be investigated.
The ONLY reason that I received a response from them is because of this complaint.

Thanks so much for your time,
