    I purchased the 5 day detox from testclear and tried to return it the unopened package and here is what the sent me back:Hi There, I apologize, but as stated in the Terms and Conditions that you agreed to prior to placing your order, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for unused products. Generally, all of our products have a long expiration period so keep it around just in case you need it in the future. That is why we have a full disclosure in our terms and conditions and that people agree to prior to placing an order. In the agreement to which you agreed to prior to placing your order, we state, "All Sales are Final". Regards, -Testclear I admit i did not read the terms and conditions.I assumed i could return it if it was unused, my loss, their gain.You live and you learn. Yet, I do think any customer focused business should and would accept an unopened package being returned. That's just common sense and good business!! The fact that their return policy is not on front page of their site, but tucked away in term and conditions speaks volumes about subject of business ethics. From this I can only deduce that the core of their customer service and care is founded "caveat emptor" let the buyer beware. In my opinion, It is a cheesee return policy like buying a used car salesman . I will not use the product but would like future buyers to know that if this product is as great as they say, then ask yourself before you by why would they not be willing to take and unopened unused return? In business customer services is everything, just not in this case, how sad. It not the product that determines the longevity of business it customer service especially when it not to the companies advantage. let me leave this company with a question to ******: " Have you no shame?"

    Due to the fact that customer's consume these products, there is a no return policy as there is no way to verify a detox program has not been tampered with. Due to the safety of this complaint customer, as well as all customers, the best policy in our 24 years of business is to not accept returns of products you consume, such as the detox program this person ordered and has in their possession. 

    Specifically, we'd like to assure this cusotmer that the detox received, was not prior in anyone else's possession, as it should be. Lastly, this customer has several conversations with the support team via email as well as live chat. At no time was there any inquiry about returns before the order was placed. This is fully disclosed that all sales are final due to the nature of the products. 

    We hope that makes sense to this customer, that the safety of our customers is priority and has been for over ******************************************************** someone else's possession before arriving to the customer's residence. We also let the customer know the detox is good for years stored so he can save it for another time, should he wish.

    There is nothing left to say except this. The reply to my review from this company says reason for this policy denial of return on unopened products is because,and I quote "Due to the fact that customer's consume these products, there is a no return policy as there is no way to verify a detox program has not been tampered with. " This just is not true, I fact is a boldface lie, So to prove further that they are lying about their reason for the return policy applying on unopened products, I just opened the box and it contains one big plastic container and inside that container there are 2 bottles of toxin rid pills 45 in one and 25 in the other. In addition to those two bottles there are 2 smaller bottles 1 containing a fiber supplement and the other containing a detox liquid. These 4 bottle that contain the products ,come with a plastic seal wrapped around the cap and on it is says, and I quote "sealed for your protection(" If those plastic seals are damaged the buyer (me) knows that this product has been tampered with and so would toxin rid, if I sent it back to them. This turns their lying on policy it's head! That is to say their policy is B.S., because they put protective seal on them for that purpose! And to further expose this B.S policy on unopened returns listen to this: Since they stuck me with this product and answered my review by saying they have this policy because they have no way to VERIFY that it wasn't tampered with, is nonsense! Again since they stuck me, i just removed the safety wrap on the outside of one of the bottles and low and behold what did I find? Under the cap and glued to the top opening of that bottle is a second safety seal that has to be peeled off to get access to the product. And it says on that seal and I quote: SEAL FOR YOUR PROTECTION i.e FROM what a.k.a TAMPERING". So let summaries; 1) The shipping box was not opened (this is first proof that it had not been tampered with. 2) Each product container came with a tamper proof plastic wrap around the cap that explicitly said and I quote:" SEALED FOR YOUR PROTECTION i.e from tampering" .3). and last but not least I removed the cap on one the bottles and lo and behold there was second seal that must be removed to get at the product and It said and i quote: SEAL FOR YOUR PROTECTION". There is only one conclusion a rational mind can arrive at after reading this,;That being, toxin rid is lying when they reply to my review that this long standing non return policy even on unopened product returned in an unopened box can not be verified as not having been tampered with is ********, because they are ones who put not 1, but 2 tamper proof seals ON EACH BOTTLE!!!!(does this not show conclusively, that toxin rid can prove whether a returned unopened product was tampered with?Thus the return policy excuse is a lie.And total B.S What they should have done was let me pay the shipping back to them and if none of the seals were broken gave me a refund. What they should do now is just send me my refund and give me apology. no question ask. Fat chance of that happening! And that is why I. gave them 1 star in my review and ended it with this question to the company: "Have you (toxin rid) no shame? I guess not, sad isn't it?

    I did the 5 day detox, I followed all instructions. I was an occasional smoker, mostly to help me sleep when I just couldn't.Firstly, my bottles did not contain the number of pills they were supposed to. My last dose of pre-rid pills was 1 tablet instead of 3. I emailed them to let them know they sent me an incomplete kit. No response, it's been a week. Secondly, I was hella sick. I'm not sure you can expect to go to work while doing this. I usually drink a gallon of water a day, and I was feeling dehydrated because I had the runs nonstop. The other thing is, as a scientist I like to check my stuff. They have levels of boron that exceed the recommended daily dose. All of the symptoms I had aligned with toxicity due to overconsumption of certain stuff, the boron especially. I happen to be a toxicologist, by the way. The amount of magnesium in the detox liquid is also too much. My blood pressure dropped and I fainted - this is after eating full meals, having a restful day, drinking all the water I can.Lastly I took the drug test they sent me and I failed it. Note that they will only refund you if you have an official lab test - which costs about $200! Literally twice the price of the kit. Save your money, this is a scam!

    I bought the urinator on Tuesday, delivered Friday. Every email I sent was responded to within ten minutes.I dont know anything about the detox reviews, the urinator works, F the **** inspectors.     My wife did the 5 day detox . Followed the instructions to the letter . Even completely changed her diet according to their recommendations and it didn't do anything. Then we were told to pay a lab for a test in order to obtain paperwork for proof for a refund so we would have to spend almost another $100 to get back our original $140 we paid for the detox and I'm certain have to wait some ridiculous amount of time for that refund. Don't waste your time and money with these people it's not worth it. And they have now blocked me from leaving an honest review on their ******** page.

    How many days of our program a person needs depends on many factors, with more days providing more detoxification. We are sorry to hear our 5 Day Program was not enough in your wife's case.

    To say our program along with a complete diet change "didn't do anything" is not an accurate statement, but we acknowledge it may have not have been enough to get her passing a test on day 6. Although nothing is 100%, thousands of customers have had success detoxing with our programs. Our glowing positive reviews are testament to that.

    Checking our support tickets, I was unable to find one from you regarding which program to choose using the email on file. If this is true, please consider reaching out next time and we will be happy to assist you.

    Regarding our money-back requirements, we do require proof of whose sample you are submitting. Using store bought tests is not sufficient for a few reasons, one being we cannot verify whose sample was used, another being the results of these tests must be viewed within a short time window.

    I spoke to your customer service and have the emails and guess what she's still not passed a test many days later while still on your recommend diet and drinking tons of water every day so it's obviously not affective and your customer service recommend paying almost $100 to have a lab test done to get results to receive a refund so basically I pay $100 and wait until you feel like refunding my $140 to in the end only get $40 back after paying for the test . Nonsense. And when I left bad reviews on your ******** you blocked me from commenting. Enjoy my money I'm not wasting my time on your business and will continue to let anyone and everyone know its a scam . Have a great day .

    As previously stated, how many days of our program a person needs to be clean immediately after depends on many factors, with more days providing more detoxification; we have pre-made kits ranging from **** total days of detox for this reason. Every person's unique circumstances are different, and therefore require differing solutions.

    While we are an industry leader in this field, there are plenty other reputable companies, including licensed medical companies, that recommend the same general diet guidelines for detoxing. Will you claim all are lying because it hasn't been a magical solution in the time-frame you've given it? There are no guarantees when it comes to individual bodies; no two people will have the exact same experience.

    While I do not like to hear the cost of a simple lab test is that high in your area, we do not control that cost. We do not benefit from you having to spend $100 dollars on a test. We can only protect ourselves by requiring absolute proof of whose sample is submitted at what level of contamination.

    I saw an add for weight loss on ******** and ordered a 12 day detox (pre work out) it said $189.00 and then when I placed the order I was charged over $500. I asked them to cancel my order and they did not, and then when I received the package - not everything was in there. When I reported that they threatened to call my work place! I was confused and then realized that this was to pass a drug test ? Why are they advertising weight loss! Idk but the manager is a scum bag. I will be doing a dispute on my credit card company. If you truly are trying to pass a drug test - just dont do drugs first of all but also dont order from here or he will call your work place after stalking you in the internet!

    We certainly do not charge our customers $500 dollars on $189 dollar orders.

    Do you have the correct company?

    Test clear is great company with a superior product line and fast shipping. All of the negative reviews are from people who dont read everything first or who want to complain shipping. Once it leaves test clear its out of their hands and the responsibility of fed ex or whoever. *** purchased the powdered urine several times and it worked perfectly and is so easy to use if you read the instructions !     I ordered once from them and all went well. My second order was lost by *****. Hasnt tracked since March 3rd. Of course ***** is still investigating. So, as I have been emailing customer service throughout, they decided to send a new one, even though I asked for a refund SEVERAL times and told them I dont even need it anymore. That time has passed. This company has bad policies, I dont recommend using them. Its been over a month since I ordered, pretty much a month since it stopped tracking - nothing but another product I dont even need.
