  Negative 100 stars!! DO NOT order from this company!!! Rip off for sure. I did not get it in one day, therefore had to go elsewhere thinking no problem I will just refuse it from the carrier. The carrier just dropped it in my mailbox so I did not get to refuse it. I then called there so called customer service and was told to email them. Instantly I got we don't take unused product back. It isn't unused, it is NOT even open!! Then she emails me a copy/paste template saying it is an email from a manager, okay I wasn't born yesterday. It 1 minute your going to speak with your manager and he is then going to email me?

  We appreciate the opportunity to address this matter. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of unused items. Before placing her order, the customer was required to read and agree to our cancellation policy, which clearly states that all sales are final. Therefore, she should have been aware of this policy.

  
  In an effort to assist her, we sent a survey with the message: "My manager would like you to fill out this survey so we can understand more about your situation." This was intended to better understand her concerns. It appears there was a misunderstanding, and we apologize if our communication was unclear. However, no manager directly emailed her.

  
  We invite the customer to complete the survey provided so we can work towards a satisfactory resolution. We are committed to addressing her concerns in a constructive manner.

  I don't know if the product works or not, but the customer service and support is insulting enough to make me go somewhere else. Poor instructions and swarny a****** responses to issues is enough to recommend avoiding Testclear and using any other company you find.

  I bought a five Day cleanse from this company and kinda needed it in a hurry, I saw they a 2 day ***** $45 more, the test is $109 so its close to 50% more just to get it in two days. I noticed they use *****, which is a seven day a week business but thats besides the point, I ordered Friday morning and it was shipped Friday morning. I did not receive my package to very late Tuesday afternoon. Thats not a 2 day shipping in anyones book.2 days shipping means it arrives on the second day. The company reached out to me and said we saw that your package was delivered and just wanted to confirm everything was OK. I said everything was fine except for the fact that you charged me for two day shipping through ***** who is a 7 day a week company, Kind of their thing! before I paid for the ***** today shipping I saw a review they have on their website from a customer who says they live very close to me. Ordered it Friday morning and got it Saturday afternoon afternoon. Sounds like two day shipping to me. But I went on their website to leave my review. I realize thats not possible then I realize if you try to read all reviews, thats not possible you either. So that means me to believe those reviews are fake! I got a response back From customer service with a condescending response, saying two business days. OK, so even if we use her skewed view on what two day shipping means Friday morning to Tuesday afternoon is not a two day shipping Monday afternoon possibly would work and thats if youre not counting Saturday or Sunday, which are business days for *****! Thats why people pay extra for ***** shipping because they ship seven days a week Kind of the whole point of ***** over *****

  Upon reviewing the customer's order placed on Friday, June 21, it was shipped via 2 Day Delivery through ***** on the same day. Please note that 2 Day Delivery typically takes 2 business days to reach the customer. As the package was shipped on a Friday, the following business day would be Monday, Day 1 in transit making Tuesday the delivery day when the customer received their order, in line with the expected timeframe.
   
  2 day delivery takes 2 business days to reach the customer.
  Shipped on a Friday, the very next business day is Monday.
  Tuesday, Day 2 and delivery day when the customer received his delivery, exactly as ordered.
  

  It is important to highlight that despite facing verbal abuse and disrespectful behavior from the customer, we maintained professionalism and continued to assist them respectfully. It is regrettable that the customer has chosen to engage in aggressive and abusive behavior.

  The Normal Shipping Policy that the customer agreed with Before he placed his order states:
  
  12.1 Normal Shipping
  Orders placed on Friday after 2:00 p.m. Pacific time will not ship until the following Monday.  Saturday and Sunday are not considered shipping days for the purpose of transit.

  It is worth noting that the review in question is not only untrue but also appears to be malicious and unnecessary. The customer did receive their delivery as per their order specifications. Should you have any further inquiries or require clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  The customer service of this company is the worst. Their products are okay at best but they are not helpful or kind at all when you need assistance. In their eyes you messed up if there is an issue and If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT TRUST THIS PRODUCT OR COMPANY.

  This is a very disengenous review and for some reason, is an incredibly bold move by this customer. This customer willingly and knowingly abandoned his ***** delivery. We can't force a customer to take responsibility for their deliveries. In this case, the customer paid for ***************** on his delivery, missed his delivery attempt as ***** did not have access to his apartment complex, nor was he home to receive and sign for his delivery. Instead of making arrangements with *****, this customer left town, he claims, for a week. He didn't call *****. He didn't call the merchant for assistance. He just ignored and abandoned his ***** delivery. Over 8 days later, he went to ***** to pick up his package to find out, it was abandoned. ***** can only hold a package without communication from the customer for Five business days.

  We replaced this customer's Two products for FREE. No charge to the customer to help him with his purposeful abandonment of his merchandise. I wish we could rate a customer because this was exceptionally painful to deal with this customer, provide him with free products only to have him write a dishonest horrible review for receiving FREE products.

  Testclear worked for me on a 9 Panel lab test. Shipping can much faster than said it would, I did not worry with the shipping insurance. The heating pads were finicky, but the temperature strip worked well, so I was able to work with adjusting temp. First, had to put both heating pads on bc wasnt hot enough, then had to let it air out for a little bit bc was too hot before giving up the sample. Definitely worth the price and minimal trouble with heating to get the job and be worry free! 10/10 recommend!!

  Shipping on orders was relatively fast (one state away) but certainly expensive at nearly $20. I wish I had great things to say about their customer service, so I will just stick with saying that the shipping is fast!

  The product is a glorified diuretic. No one should waste their money on this product if youre wanting to detox for a drug test. I was a daily smoker for years. All day every day. I had a drug test coming up and searched the internet for any glimpse of hope. I came across this ****** priced ******** and convinced myself it would work since they advertise 100% guarantee. Which is a lie. Its false advertisement. It in fact does not work at all and you put your body through so much h*** for 10 days. Stomach cramps, s***** plain food, constantly ******** water, etc it does NOT WORK. You will be so ****** by the end of it. Youll also have no chance of getting your money back unless you FAIL A LAB TEST. So you have to fail your drug test to even be considered for a refund. It is a garbage product that has left my intestinal tract a f****** mess a week after finishing. I still cant go to the bathroom normally. It is not worth the health risks and it WILL NOT get you clean. You can follow all their stupid instructions (which are wrong btw) and you will come out just as dirty as you started. Its a scam and they should be forced to revise their 100% guarantee because its false advertisement.

  Please take the time to research detoxing (by any means, including water detox) and see the side effects. Number one side effect are loose stools and flu like symptoms. The reason for this is that your body is breaking down toxins which can cause flu like symptoms which are typically unpleasant. Detoxing is not a pleasant experience, and is quite difficult. This is any type of detox, they all have the same side effects and are all generally unpleasant.

  We'd recommend you pick up some better testers and test yourself to see how you are doing rather than throw the baby out with the bathwater.   Testclear is the only way to go when it comes to having a 100% stress free experience taking your test. A lot of other products MIGHT work. If you're like me I need it TO WORK NO MATTER WHAT! TESTCLEAR is the ONLY WAY TO GO! Easy to use, no stressing about the results EVER! I was skeptical @ 1st when I saw the price, however other cheaper products have let me down.
