Some of the worst service l have ever received from an insurance. They are not effective at communication or informing their patrons on where their claim is in any part of the process. They started off really well with getting our car towed after & accident (not our fault) & took it to a local location for the car to be evaluated. After that happened they called me informing me the cars estimated amount which was way off from actual costs. (More then *****) they then proceeded to tell me I needed to find a local location to send the car to & to start calling local shops in the area.l to find a location to take the car so its not in their storage which we would have to pay for if it exceeded x amount of days. I then informed them of the other insurance company because they should be contacting them to discuss the issue on the car & how to proceed since their insure would then be taking over from that point. They did not. Instead called me again 2 weeks later asking if I had a location selected for them. I then again informed them of the other insurance compost that they should be contacting to get this situation resolved & sorted. Fast forward we are now at almost 3 months with no call from them other than when the other insurance company had reached out to them to get the car in process. ***** has been no help until the other insurance had reached out because their insured was unable to take responsibility. I had reached out to this company many times to try & get additional information about the claim, the status of the car & to give them the information for them to be able to work with the other ************** have done nothing. They try to apologize for this inconvenience but they did not chnage *** aspect of their services or quality of service they provided. If you have the option, pick another company. Not worth the money you pay for.
