      This company is full of SCAMMERS. The instructions are unclear, there is NO SUPPORT HELP, the website is full of bad links. This is the website that fire departments use to collect their scores and is the ONLY place we can test making it extremely stressful when nothing seems to go right. They will kick you out of your test for no valid reason or make up something that isnt on the instructions and expect you to pay a retesting fee over and over again. You will purchase practice tests and there will never be any way you can access them or login. Everything is a scam and they only want your money.

      Date of purchase: 08/12/2022 | Transaction# ********** | Invoice# NTN-S-******** | Price $55.00 Item Purchased: LAW ENFORCEMENT TESTING | DESCRIPTION OF INCIDENT: I purchased an appointment to take a test on 9/12/22, 1PM at the ************************. However, somehow, I inadvertently purchased a test for the same day (9/12/22, 1PM). I called to ask if this could be rescheduled and they said no because it was an inconvenience. This is completely untrue. Nobody at ************************ was inconvenienced and it was obviously a technical error. My home PC has out-of-date software that is not working great with today's plugins. My PC locked up a lot while I was trying to purchase the item and I believe this led to me clicking on the same day. I take public transportation so doesn't make sense to purchase a test that I have to be at in 3 hours when I'm taking trains & buses to get there. RESULT: I am facing homelessness and I can't afford to purchase this test again. They can't take my money like that. If I don't take this test then I can't get into any of these law enforcement jobs. This is blocking me from getting a job that I desperately need right now.RESOLUTION REQUEST:I'm asking BBB to contact NTN and request they reschedule my test so I can get a job I desperately need. This is obviously a technical error, and they are being unreasonable to someone who can't afford to defend herself.Thank you,*******
