      Zippy Fiber is a good and well off phone company that will give you the service you need

      After a planned and well announced maintenance window late one evening, in the morning I found my download speed reduced by a lot. I called Ziply and got a very friendly and helpful representative who was technically aware and very helpful in doing the necessary resets on her side (and mine) to get download speeds back up to normal. She was excellent, and all was well by the end of the 9-minute call. Then Ziply followed up with a polite email to customers in my area admitting that they had messed up one detail in their maintenance and that all had been fixed.I give Ziply a lot of credit for effective communication and for admitting an error - and fixing it. We have been very satisfied with Ziply's service and pricing since they took over fiber operations from ******* in our area.

      for the customer service being out of country the representative ZARI sounded just like an American great speech normally I don't get that it's hard to communicate with each other and get my point across anyway she was very good

      My auto payment didn't get credited by Zipply for Oct. I called and sent in proof of payment and it was corrected within a few days. They were very responsive and offered me a $20 per month discount for 3 months for the inconvenience. Errors happen. I judge by how a company handles it as to whether I stay. If it becomes a hassle I am gone. I have been with Zipply over a year with no problems until this occurred and pleased with how they took care of it. They haven't lost me as a customer.

      I have had Ziply for 3 years, have only had to call customer service a handful of times but have always been impressed with their employees and ability to address my issues.
