    Our contract was up for renewal this year. We couldn't decide whether to renew our contract or not. We agreed to sign a Month to Month contract until further notice. We were not aware that the month to month contract still renewed our contract regardless for another 3 years. I believe our account manager mis-lead us in believing we were month to month and stopped the auto-renewal. Now that our business is closing down; I was told we owe them the full 3 year contract payment.

    In February 2024, the CommandLink Customer Success Manager worked closely with Sunfares point of contact to revise contract terms, ensuring greater flexibility for future changes. While CommandLink made every effort to facilitate this process, we had not received the signed contract required to finalize the adjustments. As a result, the services auto-renewed since the order was not completed per our standard terms of service.  CommandLink remains fully committed to supporting Sunfare and is in current discussions to make the necessary changes so that services are able to be disconnected without penalty.
