I am filing a complaint against ******** for providing false information, mishandling my cancellation, and refusing to take responsibility. I was promised premium coverage before signing up, but the service was poor and I had to place a deposit for a booster. When I canceled, the *********** store and customer service sent me back and forth. They refused to give me back my deposit. I had to fight for weeks before finally getting a credit. The main issue is the billing. On 10/19, before canceling, I called and was clearly told my final bill would be prorated. I canceled four days into the new billing cycle. Later, I was told that information was wrong and that I must pay the full month. After multiple calls and no promised callbacks, I spoke with a supervisor named **** on 11/12, who refused to provide his last name. He then stated that not all calls are recorded, and conveniently, that call was one of them. Also, there were no notes documenting what their agent told me. From all the complaints that Im reading here, this is common practice.Instead of allowing former customers to leave on good termsperhaps returning in the futureT-Mobile appears more interested in collecting money, whether justified or not. It shows a lack of honesty, accountability and customer care.

I needed a replacement phone after I lost mine. I had a warranty through *****, but only had an electronic Apple Card (on my phone's wallet) I could use to pay the deductible. So I was forced to switch from prepaid service on the phone (which had been fully paid off) to contract service on a new phone I had to finance. I was told that I had a certain timeframe within which I could return the phone and get a refund while taking advantage of the deductible on the old phone. Upon trying to return it, I was told that the gentleman who had sold me the phone and given me this promise was no longer with the company and that it was "not policy" to make the exchange. I have been paying a full $58 more for phone service **while on SSDI** ever since. They are f****** thieves and scammers.

I am writing to report a deeply troubling experience at the T-Mobile store located at **********************************************************. On 11/12, I visited this location as a brand-new customer to transfer service and upgrade four phones: mine, my sons, my daughters, and my nieces. I was repeatedly reassured that the transfer would be simple and that none of our data would be lost. What happened instead has left me financially impacted and extremely concerned about the safety and privacy of my familys personal information. Despite the assurances from staff, my minor daughters phone was handled by an employee named ***, and her entire device and iCloud were wiped clean. Every photo, video, message, and memory was erased. None of the other three phones were affected only hers which raises very serious questions about why her device was the only one targeted in this way. No warning was given, no explanation was provided, and no effort was made to restore what was lost. This was not a simple mistake this was the complete loss of years of personal and sensitive data belonging to a ******** addition to that, during the service transfer process, an employee named ******** charged my card $391.06 twice, withdrawing over $780 from my account. He told me one charge would drop off, but it did not. When I called the store on 11/13 and 11/14, I attempted to speak with the store manager, Eakesia, both days, but I was told she was not available. I eventually spoke with the assistant manager, ********, on 11/14, and he informed me they could not refund the duplicate charge because it did not appear on their system, even though I provided clear proof from my bank. I was told I would need to dispute the charge with my bank, a process that could take up to two months. His only offer was a $100 credit, which does not remotely address the financial harm or the devastating data loss. The combination of a minors phone being the only device erased, unexplained duplicate charges, .

T-Mobile is the WORST. After 15 years with them, I cancelled my service in July. This is the 3rd month in a row that they have billed me. Last month they threatened to send the prior month's bill to collections (even though I no longer had service from them). They made me drive to this store to resolve the bills for the prior two months. I spoke to the representative in this store and they connected me to T-Mobile's accounting person who confirmed my account was closed and I owed no money and credited my ovepayment. Now they billed me AGAIN for $21.50 (saying it was past-due) and the only way I can get them to remove this charge is if I go into this store AGAIN and have them put me on the phone with T-Mobile Accounting AGAIN to cancel the account AGAIN that I haven't had for months. WORST customer service I've ever experienced.

I was lied to by one of the representative over the phone about a promotion where I would get three FREE iPhone 15's if I made the switch over to T-Mobile and when I went to the store to port my number over the representative looked at me funny and told me that no such promotion exists. He informed me that the only "free" phone that I would be getting is either a flip phone or a much older smart phone. There is no consistency amongst staff and nobody knows about any promotions. Plus when I tried to call and cancel my services, I was hung up on several times before finally reaching my resolution after being on hold with several different supervisors and being hung up 4 different times.I would rather be without a cell phone than ever do business with T-Mobile ever again.

Absolutely terrible customer service. 10/10 go to any other prepaid service and you will have better cell service and better customer service. Had to go into a store to purchase a phone, cant order online without a working phone. Had to over pay for a phone I could have purchased online cheaper, they added phone protection and charged me. Will not refund 3 months worth to a 10 year customer. Go any where else

I'm having a terrible experience with T-Mobile in ****************. I ported four lines from another company and exchanged some cell phones. They gave me a price, and then we closed the deal. However, the price was completely different from what was stated. I've been back three times to resolve the issue, waited over three hours, and nothing was resolved. They lie and say it's resolved, and when my bill arrives, it's still the same, with a completely different price. I'm back here again, waiting over two hours, and nothing has been resolved. Everything that was negotiated is wrong. I'm talking to a manager who doesn't resolve anything. I feel like the employee, ****, only wanted to take commissions, and now I'm being forced to quote an amount that is unfair. Don't do business with this employee. This company is terrible. I left A&T two months ago and I already regret it. It's been two months of problems without solutions, not to mention the time I've spent here every time I come. I honestly don't know what to do anymore. It's a lying company that doesn't deliver on its promises. disrespect towards the consumer.

This is one of the worst companies i ***** ever *** business with. I requested that me service be terminated and a refund of the $50 monthly fee be returned to my bank account, I have received no response even though I requested this nearly 3 weeks ago. There wifi service is terrible and is not worth the money you pay for it.

The person that signed my elderly parents up promised that ******** would pay off their phone with ***** I helped them submit everything that was requested and T-Mobile never paid the phone off or sent anything to my parents. When we called them they always told us an agent would call them back and we never heard a word from them. They ignored my parents and never got back with them. They are scammers and they take advantage of elderly people. I highly suggest going with a different phone provider.
