Most atrocious wireless service. ************* agents lie to customers about their ability to resolve issues. Zero stars not an option

Fiber salesman repeatedly lied. Our neighborhood was recently set up with fiber (Lumos, which was then bought by T-Mobile). We were 5G home internet customers with T-Mobile. (That service is pretty poor, but was the best available at the time.) The door-to-door fiber salesman said that, as existing home internet customers, fiber would be $65/month minus the $5 autopay discount; wrong, that's only for cell-service customers, our service is $80/month minus $5 autopay discount. He said that since the discount didn't go through beforehand, he'd have to fix it afterwards; wrong, he didn't (and probably can't). We agreed that we were upgrading from "home internet" (the 5G device) to fiber; wrong, he added the fiber as an additional line without cancelling the 5G. He said we could keep and use the 5G device; wrong, we have to return it.First bill was $197.33 rather than the quoted $60 ($50 for 5G, $80 for fiber, $77.33 for pro-rated first month of fiber, -$10 for autopays). T-Mobile customer service says they're cancelling the 5G and will refund based on the fiber installation date, but I'll still have to pay $75/month instead of $60 for the fiber.Whatever the salesman says, get it in writing - every discount, every price.

******** offered a second line satellite trial, free for 3 months, then if you keep it, 10 dollars a month. After the 1st month and a half, it was switched to a regular line. 1 week after the switch was made, I contacted customer service and told them that I didn't want a regular line since my free trial wasn't up. I was told everything was going to be canceled and that I would not be billed for the account. A month later I received a bill. I called back to customer service asking why. They told me I had used their service and had to pay for what I used. I explained about the switch and the promise not to be billed, to which they replied that there was nothing they could do. Not acceptable to be charged for 1 week of service an entire months bill on a line that was supposed to be free for 3 months.

They overcharged me $58 a month for 4 months. They kept telling me they'd fix it and the following month would come and it wouldn't be fixed and I'd still be overcharged. I called and they told me they'd give me a free month of service and refund my last payment and promised the following month would be the correct amount. When I got my refund however it was only $58. I called back and they refused to help me any further and said that's all they would do. I got a transfer pin and am going back to T-Mobile. BOOST STILL OWES ME NEARLY 200 BUCKS! DO NOT USE THEM. THEY STEAL!

If I could rate this business zero or less, I would. ***** is THE worst company I have ever seen for the dozen or so mobile companies that I have tried. They are the only company that I have seen that is dishonest enough to make it seem like when you are buying a 1 month phone card, that will be sufficient for a month of service. This is NOT the case. They will force you to add an additional fee of $3 to get started. While the amount is small, the trick is, they can bill your CC, bank, ******, etc automatically from there on. Should you have an account issue like I had (my phone never activated, my account never setup and support running me in circles pretending to help). Boost "required" my Social Security number (something that was never given setting up the account) in order to "verify" my account. I offered to give my name, CC number, email, etc (All of which was used to setup the account). They refused. Multiple blocks later on my CC I had to finally close that CC and get a new one in order to stop the auto billing of a service I never had. Registering a complain here I ended up being contacted by a ***** manager who said the auto billing was turned off for that account. Later emails they stated they need to verify the last 4 of that CC to make sure that I wasn't still going to be billed. They can't seem to keep their story straight. Go with Mint, ATT, just about ANYONE than Boost.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was with Sprint for 17 years and they lost my business due to poor customer service. They over charged me for services I didnt know I had. When I went to change plans to ATT they did everything they could to make it difficult. They are still charging me even though I dont have a plan with them. They wont correct it by phone and I am having to waste more of my time and money by going in to the store. I will never go back. 17 years.

Both the website and the agents that take calls promise a free phone when you apply. This is a flat out lie! I apply, was approved, and given the option to bring my own for free or buy a phone for a minimum fee of $25. For those who do not have an income and need a phone, you are or of luck. Enjoy being lied to.
