1 starOfferUp does nothing to protect the community as they say. There is a scammer that takes pictures off the internet and post their ad using the pictures. This person does this over and over. I report this all the time and OfferUp does nothing about it. The report link is a joke because they say they are protecting the community but they arent.OfferUp, Inc.

1 starI purchased an ****** ******* decanter and when purchased it was a complete set, but by the time the mail got it to me the topper broke. I reported the item being broken a little over 13hrs after I got the item and researching how to on offerup. NOW OFFERUP REFUSES TO HELP ME! I am so mad because just to replace the topper is it over *****. They didn't have fragile on the address label or anything. Will NEVER waste my time buying through offer up again unless I can meet local. VERY DISAPPOINTING!OfferUp, Inc.

1 starTo many scammers on the site wanting me to buy from them but threw cash app so they can keep the money and not send anything.Or you do everything through the app and send you payment and offer up hold it until I get the item I was buying in the mail only to have the scammer get up set and never send my item in the mail and then offer up won't give me my money back right away instead they will hold your money for 6 day collecting interest on it. Now I'm having it done to me rght now. Offerup is just a haven for scam artist.OfferUp, Inc.

1 starMy life was threatened from a seller on ******** marketplace. I found the same seller on OfferUp and contacted the **** police and let them know he racially threaten to put a bullet in my n***** head. He then threatened to kill me again, as I wait at the ***************** police department for 30 minutes with the police. I reported this to OfferUp who then deleted my account ENTIRELY. Not allowing me to continue to collect the evidence necessary. OfferUp as a company both supports and enables radical racist terrosim. OfferUp response is also included. Ive never been treated worse in my life.OfferUp, Inc.

1 starOfferUp support is unhelpful. The seller listed a different zip code for shipping and I never received the product. Neither the seller or OfferUp provided any solutions, other than contact the U.S. ************ OfferUp is not reliable. If choosing to use OfferUp, I strongly recommend the pick-up option, instead of shipping.OfferUp, Inc.

1 starDo not ship items! If something happens to your item, OfferUp will NOT help you on getting your funds or item back. They do not have customer support like ***** PayPal, or Amazon. I reached out to them via IG, FB, ******** and opened numerous claims and they haven't gotten back to me. It's been almost a month. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Only sell locally so they don't get any profit out of it. Stay AWAY!OfferUp, Inc.

1 starLike others recently, I had my account disabled due to multiple posting violations. Ive used OfferUp for many years, my account was in great standing with 5 star review rating from 100+ sales, I had everything verified. In my case, I was trying to list my car for sale. I didnt see the post pop up on my page so I thought maybe it was glitch and I purchased another ad and listed it again. When I didnt see that ad I purchased another ad to attempt to post for the 3rd time. After 3 unsuccessful attempts I emailed the help simply to get a delayed response of your account is on hold due to multiple accounts being created, we need to verify this is your only account. That was the first reasoning. I responded and confirmed it was me and my account and email and that I was attempting to post my car for sale but was having issues and not seeing my car listed. Then they said I was temporarily unable to list due to multiple listings and violations, then I responded and said well wait no one ever reached out to me about my account or raise to my attention of multiple violations or listings or suspicious activity. Then the second email I received was that my account was disabled due to multiple community guideline violations and posting violations. I emailed them back and told them it was obviously unintentional because I reached out to them for help. So instead of helping me, they disabled my account and took my $30 for ads that werent even posted and used that against me. Instead of helping out their users they rather disable their accounts or ban them, absolutely and utterly ridiculous! OfferUp is such scam now full of adsthey use their leverage just to cancel accounts for no reason! They have no issues taking your money, but they have issues trying to help you so they rather not deal with you can close your account.OfferUp, Inc.

1 starSame issue as so many others -- account disabled for no reason with an auto reply saying I violated the guidelines which I know for a fact I did not. They responded saying it was a technical glitch -- reinstated part of the account and then did the same thing. I reached out to them again and they sent me the SAME generic message again! So much time wasted posting on a site that just removes your account. It's a huge waste of time! Do not use their app. Offerup has terrible customer service and I recommend anyone to avoid it at all costs if you value your time and energy. 1 star average customer reviews for a legitimate reason!OfferUp, Inc.

1 starI had my account disabled from ********************** without a reason being given to me. When I tried to log in there was an automated message saying that I violated community guidelines and posting policies. I hadnt posted anything new or done anything out of the ordinary. When I put a complaint in to customer service through email I just get a response that my account has been deleted, that they may choose to delete an account without explanation or education to the account. There is no customer service number for ********************** either, I cant talk to anyone about these problems at all! This is a HUGE eye opener! I use to use OfferUp ALL the time to buy and sell! Now Im just ditched without any concern for their customer at all! I expected a lot more from this company, this really sucks!OfferUp, Inc.
