      About 20 months ago, I bought a eufy robo vacuum. It worked well for about 10 months then started to throw a code saying the roller brush is stuck. Eufy troubleshot the issue with me and eventually admitted that this just happened sometimes so they sent me a new unit. 10 months in, same extract issue. This time they refuse to fix it.

      During the Black Friday gift card sale tonight, 11/20/2024, I was able to be within the first few people to grab a $200 gift card on sale for $100. I added it to the cart, quickly confirmed my info for payment and the $100 charge and submitted my order. The email i received, however, shows a $200 charge!! This was a bait and switch and they charged me double. I did a search online to see if this happened to anyone else and apparently its happened to several and Eufy/Anker is just outright ignoring those of us its happened to!

      I ordered two vacuums from Eufy online. The purchase date was 11-8-2025. Order number:R011102184928S What I ordered:eufy Clean L60 with Self-Empty Station with Dust Bags USD ****** 1. eufy HomeVac H15 USD ***** x1They shipped the vacuum bags, but to this date, they have not shipped the two vacuums. I have called their customer support number 4 times asking about the status of my order. They give me the same speech saying that it will ship soon, but wont tell me when. All I want is my order. This has become painful and so much effort. The customer service is poor and unable to help me resolve my problem.

      I was excited about the Eufy X10 Pro Omni robot vacuum/mop. I ordered on 3/23/24 and received on 4/22/24. They take your money before the product is manufactured and pre order was not advertised until after placing the order. The unit immediately started having minor issues, mistaking floor outlets and HVAC vents as p*** detection and get stuck in places which I would report as errors through the app. For the first three months of use, I was not happy but content with the purchase hoping they were working through some bug fixes. The unit stopped being able to connect to our WiFi around month 3-4 and it went downhill from there, it would get lost, go in circles, push lighter furniture, and incorrectly think there was no water in the station. It would still wash mop and the mopping function would just spin without actually mopping scratching my wood floors. After many VERY UNHELPFUL customer service calls over a few month period, I finally requested a refund per their warranty on 10/21. The customer service is what I believe to be a third party company of random people working remotely from home who cant escalate your call to management. They would also be unwilling to wait on the phone while you would try their suggested trouble shooting tip and would be rude and just hang up on you. After escalating and a month of back and forth of them essentially trying to cheat me out of a refund they stated Im now over the six month warranty window to receive a refund. So they essentially just delayed until I was out of warranty. This company is a scam and has zero integrity. Their parent company name is Anker Innovations and they are not accredited on BBB and have an F ranking. They likely have strategically hidden their name and go by Eufy to hide the parent company. Its not possible to leave a ****** review. They must be pretty savvy with their tech but only use it to their advantage to scam customers with their products and terrible customer service.

      I purchased a new model robot vacuum December of 2023. It arrived late January 2024, and since day one of use, it had issues. I finally got fed up and attempted to mitigate the issue using Anker/Eufy 1 year warranty. However, even after agreeing to process a refund, they are not doing so. They are in my opinion, playing games, emailing me from different addresses, continually saying that it has been approved, but then later saying its pending approval. I am just tired of this. They agreed to a refund, but have yet held up to their end.

      I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the support I have received regarding my Robo Vacuum S11. Unfortunately, the vacuum does not charge or turn on at all, rendering it completely unusable. I reached out to your support team for troubleshooting assistance, but I was informed that without a receipt or order number, they could not provide any help. I explained that the vacuum was a gift to me, and as such, I do not have access to the receipt or order ********* is extremely disappointing to learn that your team is refusing to assist me with this issue despite the circumstances. I believe it should be possible for your support team to verify the product information and assist me in resolving this matter based on the device's details. If this matter isnt resolved fairly I will be taking this to my very large social media platform urging all users not to purchase this product at all ! I urge you to reconsider your policy regarding support for products that cannot be easily verified through receipts or order numbers. I believe that customer satisfaction should be a priority, and I expect a resolution to this issue.

      I never got my order, and I spoke with the company. Eufy said that they would resolve the issue but never sent another response. I been waiting for almost two weeks with no response. The delivery date was last month, and I contacted the shipper, and they said the package was left outside with no signature required. I believe the package was misdelivered.

      I purchased 3 of these high end smart door locks on June 21, 2021. From the beginning they regularly failed to lock/unlock after properly entering codes/fingerprints. I called in mulitple times over my course of ownership asking them to look at my logs. every time they brushed me off suggesting it was a bad installation with zero evidence. I'm an engineer who spent my entire career in field quality and understand exactly how they needed to be installed. In the first 2 years, the product failed probably 1/5 times. However in the third year it began to fail (not lock) 100% of the time. Worse than anything is it would sound as a successful lock and actually NOT BE LOCKED. I called in multiple times with the same non answer. I got frustrated and called in recently to which they responded my 3 year warranty expired in July/Aug. I asked them to look at my records and show that this is not a new issue after the expiration but a continuation of issues that have NEVER been resolved prior. I live in ******* and having my home secure is a MUST. These locks are defective and sending out a false positive that the door is locked on top of my frustrating to have to attempt to lock/unlock 2-4 times per interaction. All I am asking is review my customer record, see my multiple contacts within the warranty period, view my locking record in the cloud and replace these locks so I can sleep peacefully knowing my family is protected.

      We purchases the Eufy SpaceView baby monitor in June 2023. We used the monitor daily and it was working well until the battery started failing and the monitor had other faults. Eufy replaced the monitor in May 2024. Now, the replacement monitor is failing again in the same respects and Eufy will no longer process a warranty claim because the monitor they provided us as a warranty replacement was refurbished. Both monitors failed within 12-months of usage. We feel that the monitor should last longer than 6-10 months as we are fully invested into the system with multiple cameras and stands to support these cameras. Please let us know how you can help.*****

      Was told I would receive a refund for an order that was returned but never received it. Monkey is being held hostage by the company.
