      Order R010301778387S was purchased on 11/23/24. It was cleaning solution for a robot vaccuum. I paid additional for expedited shipping, which was advertised as 1-3 business days. When I did not receive anything by 12/2/24, I sent an email to their support address (as no customer service phone number was advertised or could be found) with the following included: "...I am looking for assistance with order R010301778387S that was placed on 11/23/24. Even though I paid for expedited shipping, the order has a status of 'Order Pending' when entering information on your tracking site.Unless this order can be fulfilled and delivered in the next ******************************************************************************* full.Please advise on next steps expected to be taken by your team."The following day on 12/4/24, the following reply was sent to my email:"...We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding and patience. If your order cannot be fulfilled and delivered within the next 24 hours, we will proceed with canceling the order and issuing a full refund to your original payment method..."Suffice to say, the order was not delivered in 24 hours, there was further delay, and when it did finally arrive it was delivered in a packaging bag, not a box, that was opened with one of the cleaning solution bottles cut open and empty, with the packaging bag soaked. I once again reached out on 12/5/24 in the same customer service thread requesting a refund, with the very least the expedited shipping upcharge refunded due to the delequency of the package arrival. I asked repeatedly to have a representative CALL me, yet today is 12/17/24 and that still has not happened. I was told my case was escalated on 12/12/24 and that someone would be reaching out. That still has not happened. I would like to spead to someone...anyone at that company to help me refund my money for their defective product and missed shipping date.

      On October 23, 2024, I was notified by Anker Innovations that I had been selected to receive an Anker SOLIX F3800 Portable Power Station as part of their Outage-Ready campaign. I participated by submitting a story and photos/videos, per the contests terms at the time of entry. The email asked if I was interested in a video shoot but did not state it was mandatory for receiving the prize. I declined the filming due to personal reasons.Anker later retracted the prize, claiming a video shoot was required. I verified through the Internet Archive that the contest terms at the time of my entry made no mention of this condition. Adding such a requirement after my selection is unfair and deceptive.Resolution Requested:I request Anker honor their original offer by providing the Anker SOLIX F3800 without retroactive conditions or provide documentation proving the filming requirement was included in the terms at the time of my entry.Supporting Documents:Email correspondence confirming my selection and subsequent retraction.Screenshots of contest terms from the Internet Archive showing no filming requirement.

      Solar panel on top of security camera has failed and I cannot get a hold of somebody in the company to honor the warranty or provide technical support.

      I bought a Eufy Robot Mop on June 2024 I have been Contacting Eufy that the Eufy Robot Mopis not Mopping the Floors I have to keep wetting the Mop rag so my floors can be MopI have a warranty for one Year Eufy Support have 2 weeks sending me Emails that they are sending me a water Canister for my Eufy Robot Vacuum Mop I35 they dont send me a tracking number if they cannot resolve the Issue I would like a Full Refund

      I purchased an electronic device ********************* Mach V1), and its running an error rendering the unit unusable. The product is under warranty and the company is refusing to offer a refund or replacement with a similar product claiming that this product has been discontinued.

      I purchased an Anker mystery box for ***** on Black Friday. The terms stated that it was for charging equipment worth 199. I ended up re eving a charging bank that is worth *****. I would like my purchase refunded or I would like the package as promised.

      I ordered the S230 Smart Lock from Anker Industries (under the brand EUFY) off of ******, I am still well within the warranty period for the lock to be covered under warranty. The Company builds a failsafe into the Smart Lock. It is Keys. In the event that the lock fails (fingerprint scanner or code entry pad fails) the key will still allow you to gain entry into your place of residence. The failsafe is an essential component of the lock. My keys are missing. I can not find the 2 keys that are the failsafe to the lock I purchased from Anker Industries. Anker is unwilling to provide a warranty replacement for the lock due to the keys being not being able to be found. Those keys can access the lock at anytime. Regardless is there is a malfunction or not. It essentially gives whomever took my keys access to my private residence at any given time. I can not prevent the key being used. I asked Anker to replace the lock, and i would send them the one i currently have back or I asked them to provide a generous discount to purchase a replacement. The company has refused to do anything but suggested a $20 refund. I paid $172.79 for the lock. My safety and the security of my home is number 1 on my list. Anker Industries does not stand behind their product or care about the safety and security of their customers. They are offering a $20 refund for a lock that is supposed to be the first security feature of my home.

      We purchased a eufy Lever Lock C33 for our front door and it doesn't work as well as being too large for our door which has a deadbolt on it and it goes above the deadbolt. We tested the unit to see if it worked with the deadbolt off but we could not get the unit's auto-lock to work and it just didn't work properly working only intermittently. I contacted eufy via email and they denied it at first then said I could return for a refund since it was not working and they asked for some additional information. That was yesterday, but I have not received the paid return label or RA, if necessary, from them. I have sent two additional emails since they asked for my mailing address etc for the return. Here is the ticket number for my request for *************** and they already have my invoice from the purchase along with my personal information, and the serial number of the unit they sent to me, as requested by them in our email exchange. Please help me in being able to return this item for a refund.

      On November 18, 2024 I wrote Eufy ( Anker Innovations) as follows: (Despite advising that their troubleshooting did not work and calling/ emailing several times no one has called back or attempted to resolve this security risk. No one answers the telephone despite holding for as long as 51 minutes (November 18, 2024). I simply receive periodic emails asking for my response. It is displaying a message of "low battery". This is a solar powered camera so there should be no issue with recharging. The sun has been shining everyday. Also it is mounted high up and is difficult to remove and reattach given that it is a brick wall. Also images of faces previously captured are not clear.Accordingly, I spoke to ********* at 11:45 AM this morning about immediately replacing the front yard camera.
