I have been living here for a 1 year and it was time to renew my lease a they told me they wouldnt because I went to court before. Even though I went to court I paid them an the judge told me a the person representing Levco , this man is paying his rent Im not gonna evict him. I did that , came in the office informed my leasing office on the judge decision. Now every month they try an evict me an say I have crazy late fee balances. In October I was threatened with a sticky note with ******* worth of late fees and only had a 3 day notice. I did that a now recently on 1/24/25 I received an eviction on my door an it says for eviction of 1/30/25 an no monetary value owed or anything. I go to the office Monday an she told me I owe 2100 in late fees an I just paid $1,200 on the 4th of this month. So I had a talk with her an she told me Im not on the list an I have 20days to get the money. That same lady called me yesterday an told me theres nothing she can do an Injave to have that money. How is that fair to evict me like that

My experience with Levco stems from the ************* complex. When Levco first bought the apartment complex ************* from the previous management group, they had landscaping crews out and it looked like they would improve the community. That all went down hill fast. They have had a revolving doors of office employees, my personal Maintenace request took over a year to fix. It was my refrigerator and I lost the contents multiple times. They've made horrible clerical errors and worse nobody will even communicate with you. Dumpsters are often overflowing with trash thrown on the ground, pitbull dogs run loose with no leash(one came after me and my dog). Nobody cleans up dog ****, its all over the place. Often the stations to drop excrement in and pick up a bag are overflowing with bags of excrement and there are no empty bags stocked in order to use. Cars are broken into routinely with the windows busted out. My most recent interaction I went to so much trouble to get someone to reach out to me but ****** ******* couldn't take the time out of her day to explain an almost $700 extra on my bill. Instead she sent me an eviction notice and it took her 15 days to finally call me. This is after I went to their corporate office on ***********, messaged another of their employees on ******** and finally just walked past the secretary *********(who is using her name on a business card where she scratched out the previous owners name) who was at the Belmont site and finally got to speak with a woman named *******, she was helpful. I would avoid dealing with Levco property and everyone of their sites.

I moved from ********************** Apartments in *******, ** June 8th, 2024. Nothing luxurious about them. I'm really disappointed with this companies lack of concern for the law in the state of ********. The landlord has 45 days to refund their previous tenant. Especially the tenant has cleared the property with no damages outside of the normal wear and tear, and no monies owed. I have been waiting as of tomorrow, August 6, 2024, nearly two months after moving out, which exceeds the 45 day law in this state. I have called the company, no one answers the phone, no messages returned telephonically or electronically since these are the only two mediums that they subscribe to. I have called the actual property manager to inquire as to how we make this right. I'm confused because if I decided not to pay my rent the landlord starts the eviction process. So, in this case, you were paid your due rent EVERY month without fail by direct electronic debit. I would appreciate the same in return. There seems to be no mutual respect, no regard for the law, or a show of good faith. I want the $1480.00 that is owed to me ASAP, or I will file in small claims court and request that you pay my fees for this inconvenience. Shame on you for your disregard for the tenants that have done right by you and your properties. You should be stripped of your licensing to conduct your business in this state. Do the right thing and abide by the law and stop treating your tenants as if they are nothing. They are the very reason you have a job. Make this right please!
