"The office staff at REMOVEDApartments in REMOVED, REMOVEDwrongfully towed my vehicle, promised to credit the money once they were proven wrong and now they administrators in the office are retaliating against me. I would not trust these people and I will never rent from this company again."

"Really concerning I have lived here since 2023 when they moved me in was under different management they moved me in a apartment that had real nasty carpets then told me if I shampoo them that they would take 250 off for my dog deposit then had to deal with twenty bats flying out of my roof my next door neighbor asked my daughter if she could write five affidavits up for her husband right when she turned eighteen then called the county and they come out after they put something in the attic that kept me up half the night buzzing then called the county man came out conveniently saying that there was only one bat I said what are yall going to do oh were just going to throw some bleach up there then I put the work order in for my carpets on July 12 2025 asked to have my carpets to be removed or seamed and the carpet man has shown up twice told me he has no carpet and he cant do anything the office hasnt told him to which is understandable then went to the office this morning explaining I have paid almost REMOVEDwithin the year and a half that with that money spent I could have bought the apartment"
