            If I could give this company a zero I would, it is an absolute scam. From the minute I ordered if failed work properly, with the server completely unable to maintain a stable signal. I immediately contacted customer service and for an entire month now they have refused to issue a refund, dispite my having sent them all the information they required to prove that their service was not working, followed all the steps they gave me to try and improve the service, they all failed to help and one even prevented the program from starting at all. Their customer service is worse then the program itself and instead of doing the right thing and refunding my money, they cited a ridiculous policy in which they will not refund until "the problem has been resolved", giving no timeframe for when that may be or even what the "problem" is. Well, I can tell you what the problem is, Shadow PC is a scam, that is the problem, and the reason they can't give a timeframe is because they have no intention to stop scaming.
