      I ordered server pieces of furniture at the end of October from ******* It was expected to be delivered within a week. The freight was picked up by EFW at *** at the end of October and state at their warehouses for several weeks. I called the shipper several times at their ********** number and always connected to someone in South ******* who just lied lied lied to me about shipping. Finally my shipments were tracked to ******* and I used their system to schedule delivery , receiving confirmation of delivery schedule. They never arrived and outreach to them stated they never got my delivery schedule which is a lie because I received confirmations both by text and email; plus and a call to ****** confirmed they had scheduled delivery. I think fraud is going on with this company. My sister-in-law is also have same issues with this company delivering her furniture from ****** too. My EFW tracking numbers are ******* and *******

      I have reviewed the freight after making this complaint.  So sad that it took this complain and the actions of the BBB to resolve this issue in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will consider this complaint resolved. If the company does not perform as promised in the future I can get back to you at: **********************************************.

      I ordered a ****** Heartland gun safe as a gift for my husband from the ******* website on September 28th 2022, it was supposed to be delivered on October 5th 2022. I got an email saying it was delivered on October 3rd 2022. It was coming from EFW also know as Estes Forwarding Worldwide. I checked the tracking and they delivered it to ***** *****.. I live in ******* **. so it was delivered to a different state. I have been getting the run around from EFW EVERY SINGLE DAY. They say they dont know where my safe is. Or they dont understand how it got messed up. I paid $471.19!for this safe. This is unacceptable.. this place is a joke. They dont have anymore safes so I cant order another one.
