Ordered 85 inch ********** from Target. EFW delivered the item and placed it next to my door. They purposely covered the damaged side to the wall to show that no damages to the box was visible. Came home and opened the item and BIG crack to the tv. **************** was the worst. Filed a complain w/ Target.com.Business Response

I ordered from Build.com a ge profile refrigerator for over $3500, told I would get a call to set up delivery, received call set time for delivery 2/24/23 between ****, no show! Contacted EFW to find out where it was and they had told me its in the destination city and someone would call Monday to set up appointment. Contacted Build.com which cs had sent them email and they replied it was set to be delivered 3/1/23 between **** again another no show! Tried calling and got the run around about not being able to contact the delivery they sent email and would let me know, had heard that last time about the Friday missed delivery and heard nothing. I want my delivery ASAP since it sat at one terminal for a week and then again at another.Business Response

I have been told several times it would be looked into and given delivery times to which it has not shown up, until I have my delivery it will not be resolved. If the company would keep in contact with the customer that there is a problem or a delay with shipment would be a good practice to start doing.

The local Estes company was so much friendlier than calling the number they have listed on website! They were very helpful in this matter.

I ordered a tv from Walmart.com Order #*************** on Feb 22 2023. Item was shipped by EFW. Item was supposed to be delivered on or by 3/1/2023. **** says it was deliver 2/27/2023 at 12:11 pm with the online tracking. There was no item delivered on or after that day. When I called the control tower the time it says delivered was 5:11 pm. I waited 2 business days to see if the item would arrive and Im still waiting for the 70in tv. It said the item was delivered in ****** ** thats not where the item was supposed to goBusiness Response

I ordered an electric fireplace media console from **** club on 12/28/2022, EFW is the freight handler. I check my tracking number and it said it was delivered on 1/5/2023. I never received anything. It was delivered to ******, Im in *******. turns out they provided me the wrong tracking number. So on 1/9/2023 I finally had my correct tracking information and checked on my delivery. It gave me the option to schedule an appointment for delivery(this was also the 2nd time I put my phone number to receive text messages of the status of my order) never received any msgs. Set my appointment date to 1/16/2023. It was confirmed online. Waited all day-nothing arrived. When calling EFW they told me the dispatch facility will be contacting me to schedule appt to deliver-although I did this a week prior online?? I still have yet to hear from the facility that is holding my item. When I spoke to a supervisor she hung up on me. TWICE. this is the worst freight delivery service and I will never recommend to anyone.Business Response

Purchased on 12/27.. I was supposed to receive a call about setting up a delivery time. No one ever called. I called and they said someone will call me 30 minutes from delivery. I was told it would be delivered on 01/05, 01/06, 01/09, 01/10, 01/11 and finally 01/12. It never showed. They even LIED and said it was attempted to be delivered on 01/10 but no one was home; but I was home all day and no one called, rang the door or knocked on the door. Every time I call they assure me it will be the next day but it never shows up. It's truly terrible how bad they are. Every time I check the online tracking the "out for delivery" is always changed to the next day. Except today when I checked it still had yesterday's date, 01/11.Business Response

Ordered a hisense 7hu 75 inch TV on Dec 16, 2022 from *******.com. Estes Forwarding Worldwide was engaged to deliver this product. They stated they would deliver on Dec 22nd. No delivery. Then ******* sent an email stating it arrived at ****pm on Dec 22nd. We didn't receive the item. We continued to call asking what's the status. We asked neighbors to watch while were our of town for cancer treatments. Then Estes stated they would deliver on Dec 27th. No product was delivered. Then they said Dec 28th. No product was delivered. ******* stated they will not refund or cancel the order because the shippers have it or freight has it. We have no product and no resolution. We paid $1, ****** for the tv with $79 hookup or install fee. We were able to cancel the install but ******* is stating they will not refund or cancel even though we do not have the product. I purchased a new TV through ******* on 12/05/2022 with an expected delivery date of 12/12/2022. Placed a order for a $1200 sofa from target on nov. 23 & was emailed a tracking # ******* that indicated that the sofa would be picked up nov. 28th.. Its now been weeks! No updates on the tracking & still no sofa! Every time I call its the same ********.. It was supposedly sent to the wrong warehouse ect. & their waiting on a team to retrieve it.. I ordered two large pieces of furniture at the end of October 2022 from ******* It was expected to be delivered within a week. The freight was picked up by EFW at *** at the end of October too but it never has been transported from their warehouses and never delivered to my address and a month has almost past. I called the shipper several times at their ************** number and am always connected me to someone in South America who just lies to me about shipping. *** contacted this shipper so many times and they just say someone will call me back in less than 24 hours, which never happens.
