    For a company that is meant to validate military personnel’s identity, this is the most difficult website I’ve ever encountered. I can’t get into my account, and haven’t been able to for months now. I can’t get to my State taxes, I can’t use any military benefits that solely use this site to verify that I’m Active Duty. The main issue that seemed to have kicked all this off is the fact that I was Stationed overseas, but they wouldn’t allow the option to put in for an overseas number so I sent them multiple emails to troubleshoot. Their solution was to log in and delete the account. I decided to wait until I got back to the States Since I was due back soon only to find out today that they did indeed switch the phone number to my German phone number, but now I can’t get into it. They don’t have a phone number and their chat is automated… and not in a useful way by any means. Their solution to all your problems seem to be generic responses and preset articles. And now I gotta restart the process from square one! I’m extremely frustrated with them.

    Isaiah was knowledgeable truthful and very helpful. Once you are verified make sure you update your telephone. It won’t take as long as the initial verification but it could take up to a day. Oh and do this before noon so they have time to update! In these days of deep fakes I’m glad that we have access to this site to verify who we are!

    Id.me was the critical link to apply for medicare as the ssi links would not work since the listed phone number was out of date. Could not get password change because it was linked to the bad phone number. Once I updated the information with id.me all the processes to SSI and Medicare became 'linked' to the information that id.me had (with current info.) Two visits with SS employees, one on the phone and one in an office (live) could not figure out how to help me sign up for the myssi account directly. I had made an telephone appointment, five weeks from now, to get it squared out, but since I eventually got the updated info to id.me, do not need that appointment!

    Can you give zero stars?
    What legitimate company doesn’t have a working phone number?
    Unable able to create a help ticket to verify identity via phone chat, and no other options are given to correct the issue.
    Sent an email requesting help through another user and they completely ignored the issue stated in the email, and then sent an email with a 15 minute expiration window at 5am EST to verify my identity.
    Issue is still unresolved. I have NO faith in this company’s ability to safeguard my personal information at this point, but am being forced to use them thanks to government bureaucracy.
