5 starsAt first I was hesitant to upload documents for a video chat.
But, within 15, I was connected with a live agent to witness my document and the call took barely 5 minutes.
I was shockingly and happily surprised to be connected to a live agent at 10:30 PM. Job well done.

1 starThis company wants to monopolize your identity and force you to use the company anytime you conduct any online business. Don't make the mistake of making an account with them. I was directed to this website by the IRS website a couple years ago. I assumed it was a government organization since the IRS website sent me to have me identify verified. Now, I have provided my face, ID information, my email and phone number to a private business I never intended to do business with. They claimed my information was insufficient and to prove my ID. When I tried to correct the information, they denied me access to my own information because I no longer have access to the phone I used years ago to create the account. I've since discovered they have suspended my VA account. How did they suspended my VA account when they said they didn't have enough information to identify me? They have locked my out of my VA account yo hold it hostage for my information.ID.me LLC

1 starHorrible service. They just give you a standard template and the run around for a simple password reset. The techs have no idea how to reset passwords or troubleshoot issues.ID.me LLC
