    Using ID.me has been a very satisfying experience. You only have to go thru the verification process when join. Their service is accepted by many federal agencies, Including the VA. It is also accepted by some civilian businesses.

    I understand a Federal site requesting so much sensitive info but with so much hacking I was ***** about providing it. Had to trust the process though to gain access to the documents I needed. Sign-up was quite confusing but stuck with it and once I had it done getting in/out of the site was fairly easy & I was able to download/print the info I needed, no problem.
