    This entire system is A.I. generated and the system doesnt understand basic questions, the system says it cant identify me due to I need to login with my original email and password. The A.I doesnt understand the question of how can I verify and remove the duplicate email! The system doesnt understand me asking how can I remove or delete the duplicate. You have to have live representatives

    Being able to quickly access your personal information, whether it be government, state or private agency, is a great benefit to the initial process of proving who you are.

    As a disabled veteran ID.me is great because it lets me use one login to securely access a bunch of different government agencies and websites. It saves a ton of time since you only have to verify your identity once and don't need to keep re-entering your info. Now even more as I navigate the process of recovering from The Texas Flood disaster as our home is uninhabitable! A blessing indeed for logging in!

    Difficulty to upload and still couldnt get discount that I should have gotten. This put out my private information to a company that couldnt do things properly makes me confident that they will have a data leak in the future and my information will be exposed online.

    Using ID.me has been a very satisfying experience. You only have to go thru the verification process when join. Their service is accepted by many federal agencies, Including the VA. It is also accepted by some civilian businesses.
