    Stay in browser, follow instructions. Be patient. Use highest res ****** of identification and preload into computer/smart phone. I forgot to take my glasses off for the video but my I.D. ********** was approved.

    ID.me was a pretty easy system to be to use my social security card and state Id for the documents I need during my online interview to get access and set up for my social security account the whole process ran smoothly. Very efficient.

    I have used ID.me to login in to the VA "my healthevet" service for about a year. It is very easy to use and has 2-step verification which provides some security. It is MUCH easier to use then the alternative way to login to "my healthevet" which is *********. I tried using ********* several times and I don't think I ever succeeded reaching "my healthevet." But I will be VERY disappointed if there is ever a data breach at ID.me. I am astonished by the major companies that have data breaches.
