    When I changed providers, I lost access to my email. When I tried to change email addresses, I could not log in with the old one (no longer available) and the new e mail account said that I already had an account (with the old e mail which I could no longer access). The id.me website offers "chat" with a chatbot that told me to get a new email. Pretty sad experience. Still can't access my *** account after multiple attempts and multiple canned emails from the chatbot.

    I was one that didn't want to use it the first time when I first saw I had to use it because I thought it was going to be difficult but then I had to in order to get my information I needed and I was very surprised how easy it was and didn't have any issues. I hope you find it easy-to-use

    I know people probably think that this is going to hold up your payment or other things but it really is a good thing to go through this cause you can use it for about anything after the initial setup and there is so much fraud going on now however with ID me you are being verified so its safe and its keeping you fraud free

    Using idme **** it easy to log into my VA and federal tax sites. It has worked well for several years.

    I would just like to say that since I've started using ID.me I have had no problems with getting into my medical records or anything I used to just go straight in with my sign in and everything and then I found someone was trying to get into there and to find out My information, so I found ID.me and started it and ***** I have had no troubles with anybody messing with my stuff. I recommend it to everyone.
