I was told that there was a lot of potential to make money with this program. Around the clock help, top of the line training & I got nothing. They advertised to get started as quickly as I wanted to. No one ever is available to answer the phone. I don’t have an email. I don’t have any training. I just paid $37 to be lied to. I want a refund but no one is ever available to answer my call & initiate it.Business Response

Jan 18, **** I reviewed a work from home add that stated with their program you could be making hundreds of dollars a day. You could start out making $ in just 15 minutes after you signed up and paid the $37.00.I have received nothing from them since. No contact, no email, no training, and it has been more than 15 minutes. I got scammed and would like to be refunded.Business Response

Digital Resource is the company name. I was contacted by a "mentor" who was going to help me set up my own business. Oh, I paid a 47-dollar fee upfront. This mentor asked me very personal questions. They wanted to know my personal information, my credit score, amounts on loans, Credit card balances and available credit. When I refused to disclose this information, I was called dishonest, silly and not teachable so not a good fit for their program.Business Response

I had signed up for an online business with Digital Resources on Oct 13th and they had charged me $47 and than charged me an additional $62 They had stated that I would receive an email with login information for getting started and never received said email. Tried calling company and could never get through to anyone to talk to. I find that this is probably a scam and would like to get a refund and be done with them.Business Response

I saw an add on the *** news feed about work from home jobs. I signed up and paid $37.00 and another $62.00. I received a text from ************ to have a call with me to discuss the job. I received a call ************ and *************************** asked for my address and date of birth. We scheduled a time for today (9-1-23) for training. He never called. When i called both numbers the message I got was "I'm sorry, the number you called cannot be reached from your area).I would like my money back.Business Response

I ordered a product, at the end of the call, the man asked for my business name. I told him I did not have a business. he said I had to have a business to order the product and hung up. I used my debit card, and I could see where $37 was taken out of my account. I called them back and asked them to refund my money, she said I don't have an account with them. I was contacted by Digital Resources advising this was a work at home business. I realized this was a scam when I was unable to locate the email sent with the instructions. October 13th I paid $47 for a program called Computer Elevate which offered a money back guarantee. Once I was contacted it turned out to be nothing like their promotion. Actually it was a drop shipping program which I am not interested in as it is too risky. Once I refused this they then had a person named Linda H*** contact me and then there was a link where they wanted another $99. I have been sent proof of my payment which was charged on a Capital One Credit card, but the refund was another made. They advertise the BBB on their promotion but they are not accredited and have an F rating. This is the second complaint that I have filed. I have sent proof of the payment to the BBB and they acknowledged it, but no refund has been made.Business Response

************** Took $49 from me and turned out to be a total scam. When I told them they were a scam the guy got aggressive on the phone. This took place on 11/4/2022. After speaking to them today 11/7/2022 I could tell they were a scam. They wanted to know my personal information, my credit score, amounts on loans, Credit card balances and available credit.
