1 starAbsolutely terrible and dishonest services. I was lead to believe I was speaking with a a representative of the hotel chain. They stated they contacted our hotel directly and spoke with them and that they could accommodate our needs of cots for the children. They stated the hotel was sold out for that night but that they would give us the last room and we would have no issue with rolling in 2 additional cots. We were 2 moms with 4 kids. One had a disability and we were really counting on this room for our rest from our traveling. They really make it seem that are actual reservation for the hotel chain you are calling. Staying the calls are all recorded for quality assurance. I was dupped. When we arrived no cots available, no extra rooms either. They had and emergency room that we had to pay full price that had. I working AC. We didn't sleep as it's was so hot in the room. Of course the hotel could help us in anyway as it was the 3rd party site. Which was my fault for not asking those questions when I called and spoke to reservation desk. I called the hotel chain directly that same night and they are looking into the phone call. But of course it wasn't with them. It was with this terrible company. Now I'm out $300+, we had a terrible night sleep, my son health was put at risk without being to properly cool down, and I feel like a fool as I believed some human on the phone. I will be sending every review I can to ensure no else is scammed as I was!!! UnacceptableReservation Counter, LLC

1 starOn July 2, 2025, The Reservation Desk was fraudulently populated with the name of the hotel I was looking for, InterContinental *********** at the Plaza by ***. Unknowingly, I booked my hotel reservation with them for three nights with a contracted rate of $130 a night plus taxes and fees. So, the total charge should be $390 plus taxes and fees.After the person completed my reservation, thetotal was $433.44.With a quick mental math, it sounded correct. Therefore, I agreed to a charge of $409.74 to my credit card on July 2ndand will pay $23.70 due at the hotel with the understanding that I was booked for three nights. During the time spent with the agent, I repeatedly reminded the lady that I needed to stay for three nights, August 11, 2025, to August 14, 2025.On July 8, 2025, I discovered that the person had booked only two nights. Thinking the hotel had made a mistake on the number of nights, I called the hotel, explained the situation, and requested a new confirmation for the corrected three nights.After waitingfor some timeandnot receivinga new confirmation email, I called the hotel again. Again, I explained my situation, was put on hold, and transferred. The same gentleman confirmed that I have made a reservation with a third party,and I must make any changes through them, the Reservation Desk. I also asked him why the taxes and fees for hotelsused in ******** are more than half the cost of the hotel,and I mentioned the $132.47 that I was charged. This is when he told me it was fraught. I could be dealing with a fraudulentcompany.Since then, I have made many phone calls to the Reservation Desk. I was told:* Wait seven days for them to investigate.* They will get my money refunded from the hotel because the hotel was paid.* ********* refused to ********* one conversation with a Reservation agent, I was told my reservation is confirmed and the hotel will be paid two days before my check-in date.I want to be refunded.Reservation Counter, LLC

1 starThis company will rob you!! I booked a hotel through them in which they told me I would have two beds, turns out the room only had one bed. They charged me $400 and the hotel gave me a complementary room due to an issue now reservation desk will not refund my money. I have been calling for over a month now and they have hung up in my face several times , talk to me very rude, and given me the run around. 1 starI had the wrong dates for a hotel and cancelled within one minute of hitting book, and I was charged 5 days later for the full booking and the hotel I booked, STILL has a reservation in my name, it isn't even cancelled. I asked to speak to someone above the first ****** I spoke with and they wouldn't transfer my call. ******** customer service, never use this service and they deny the fact that they are part of priceline. When I called the hotel direct, they informed me this is a priceline company!!Reservation Counter, LLC

1 starReservation Desk is a SCAM! They take your money and reassure you that everything is going to be great. They provide the best "customer service" and then... wait for it... reality hits. When you go to check in, your room is nowhere to be found, neither your reservation. Why? Because it never existed. Keep in mind though, they took your money! Then you go to complain, you are reassured everything will be handled. Wait for it...it is not. Then you are told lies to justify why they will not be giving you your refund. Then you escalate it by speaking to a supervisor to end up being hung up on while you are in mid sentence explaining the situation. I agree with all the negative comments. They do not tell you about the service charge of $17.00 and they do make it seem as if they work for the "actual" hotel. My creditor will be disputing every charge and I really hope in the end they will not get a dime! Whether my creditor decides to pay or not is here nor there -- at least I won't be. I have to say, I learned a ****** and I will not ever allow a booking agency to charge my card until I have the keys in hand. This so called company is NOT professional and does not do the right thing; therefore, I have to question the validity. What company takes your money and not deliver the product? 1 star**** ALERT! ************************** is a scam and so is the 3rd party site they use, **************** Many 3rd party companies use *************** like ***************************** as their 3rd party to book hotels. They advertise the best rates, but just charged me $1,533.90 more than if I had booked with the hotel directly, not including their $17.99 reservation fee. Not to mention are trying to refuse to give me a refund of $3,800 when I called within minutes of receiving the email from Lots of Hotels, a company I did not consent to book with- I booked with Reservation Counter. I just rebooked the same reservation dates at a 5-star resort and it was only $82 more than what they charged to book a 3-star hotel. This is a total scam. 1 starThis company is a scam artist deceiving customers. They are the first hit on ****** disguising themselves as the actual hotel, when they are in fact a 3rd party travel agency ripping people off. We booked a room at what we thought was the hotel, but unbeknownst to us, it was through reservation counter. It was at a significantly higher rate than the hotel was charging with a ton of extra fees. We booked a nonrefundable room, again thinking it was through the hotel but it was actually through this company. A representative and the manager both said there was nothing they could do but submit a request to the hotel to cancel the room which will take 5-7 business days. I would not send my worst enemy to deal with this deceptive and illegitimate company.Reservation Counter, LLC

1 starIf I could give no stars I would, I was lied to when booked BY A MANAGER named ***** that our hotel included waterpark tickets for our hotel and also guaranteed we would conjoining rooms since traveling with a new born. When I got the confirmation email it said nothing of it, I called back and then was told this is a private sale and there is no tickets included and no guarantee we would have conjoining rooms. So I told the man I was lied to previously then, he then escalated my case to billing to review the call and make things right. He said someone would be in contact by the 10th. No one contacted me, I called back in and a manager was supposed to call me back- never did. Apparently my case got escalated again because I called back in? So then I had to wait another 7-10 days. I canceled for a refund and am reporting it now with the ************************. Any business I have ever worked at, you dont straight up lie. Ive done sales my entire life, and then when caught up the situation is addressed immediately- not weeks later and giving people the run around playing games with thousands of dollars.Reservation Counter, LLC
