1 starThis company is a **** -- they have certainly earned a rating of F. I surprised the BBB allows a business like this to operate. I booked mistakenly with this company, thinking it was the hotel -- shame on ****** for putting the **** company at the top of the search list. My next complaint will be with ******. They seem to have the same response to every complaint as you can see in the following. No one expects a non-refundable transaction when they are dealing with hotel reservations, me included, so I completed my reservation not paying attention to the cancellation policy of theirs -- they are leveraging people's expectations and making a significant profit out of people's mistakes -- they very definition of a ****. When I realized my mistake, I went ahead and cancelled my reservation, which they were quick to do for me -- no warning during the cancellation that I would still be charged the full amount. And then tried to call them back to re-instate my reservation, but they would not answer the phone -- another sure sign of a **** company. You see it allows them to keep the full amount of the reservation in this case because they cancel the hotel reservation and keep the entire amount. Too bad for me because I needed to call the real hotel and book my stay at more than twice the cost. Fool me once, shame on me. You won't fool me again. I'll filing a dispute with my credit card company, but it would be good for BBB to do us all a favor and slap some penalties on this **** company.Reservation Counter, LLC

1 starWorst company to use ever!!! Beware. Do not use this company for any bookings. When you click on a hotel website, make sure that you are not using a 3rd party group. Reservation Counter, LLC will be the one you book with and regardless of when the reservation was done (calling back a few minutes after your booking) they WILL NOT refund your money. Their workers are just as rude and NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. I made a reservation through, what I thought was the hotel website, and found out that it was not. I called back within a 30 min. time frame and explained my issue with NO RESOLUTION AT ALL. Since I have to clink a start rate...... I picked 1 star but in reality, it should be NO STAR RATING.Reservation Counter, LLC

1 starWe found out after calling the Hotel directly NiteCrawler not only overcharged us for our hotel suite, but booked us for a room we did not receive when we checked in to Embassy Suites. When initially booking our trip, I asked the NC booking agent twice to review what kind of room we were booking, and how much the room rate was. I took notes! The hotel could not help us since we did not book directly with them....but they reiterated the rate for our room and they we checked their web site again. We were not directly oceanfront, as booked, nor were we on the top floor. The hotel was fully booked so they couldn't move us.Reservation Counter, LLC

1 starWorst company to use! This company is a SCAM to steal your money. They won't give details on the Fee's they charge.They don't have a manager or a Supervisor on duty. They charge a $15.99 Service fee PLUS another fee inside the tax.Unbelievable!DO NOT USE.Reservation Counter, LLC

1 starThey snuck in a $15.99 reservation fee and were not going to refund that fee when I had to cancel. I called and they refunded it but it makes me mad! Sneaky, scammy and doesn't make for loyal customers, for sure.Reservation Counter, LLC

1 starReserved a room and then recognized it was for 2 people (8:46PM CST). Called ReservationCounter.com at (8:51PM CST) and was told there was nothing they could do. So I cancelled the reservation in an effort to rebook it with 1 person instead of the default 2 people since they said they couldn't do it. ReservationCounter.com then sent me 28 cancellation emails telling me it was non-refundable (8:58PM CST). I immediately called again getting a Rep named, **** to discuss and her direction was to call the ACTUAL Hotel directly and to then dispute the charge on my credit card. She provided me the phone number at (9:17PM CST) to the hotel (xxx-xxx-xxxx) which was the correct number where the Front Desk clerk, ****, indicated that I shouldn't be charged since all of this happened so quickly and more than 24 hours before arriving (9:25PM CST). Ill be disputing this charge if needed at their direction. Like others, I was under the impression that I was at the hotel website not a third party. Very DECEPTIVE!!Reservation Counter, LLC

1 starFist reservation I made they gave me the name of the wrong hotel twice so I went to two different hotels that did not have my reservation. When I called to ask for the address they tell me they cant find my reservation. They lost it. Since I wasnt charged I allowed them to try and make another reservation. This time they made it for a hotel in a different state thousands of miles away from me. I told them not to book it they had the location wrong but she booked it anyway and will not issue a refund even though it was their error.Reservation Counter, LLC

1 starI am VERY disappointed. I booked a room from their website that did not tell me how many beds were in the room, but had a picture that showed two beds. I book the room based on the picture because the description DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY INDICATOR OF THE NUMBER OF BEDS. When my wife arrived at the hotel, she was told that theres only one bed in the room. Since I made the reservation, I called and was told repeatedly theres nothing we can do. Im surprised at this because:1.The website is misleading.2.One would expect that Reservation Counter staff would do whatever they could to make it right: a.Call the hotel to see if theres anything they can do. b.Find another hotel and transfer the reservation.I would never treat my customers with such disrespect. 1 starThis is a site is a scam. They use actual hotel webpage then change cancelation policy after you confirm reservation. Complete con. Theyve already been taking to court in 2017 for misleading information. I want the BBB to shut websites like yours down.Reservation Counter, LLC
