      I had a subscription for a product “skin Envy”. Contacted company to cancel subscription and received no response. They sent product anyway and charged my credit card.
      After sending multiple requests to cancel and mail back product with no instructions. Tried call customer service numerous times and received an automated message saying the queue is full.
      Please advise

      I want the CONSTANT email/ notifications to STOP! I get them all hours of the night 7 days a week .
      There is no way to opt out I can find .
      I have tried calling and speaking to a person but no one answers the phone .

      I had been using Vitaity's frankincense oit for a couple of months and decided to reorder when they offered me a special offer. Soon thereafter I developed itching and a rash where I had been applying the oil. I tried several times both by phone and email without getting any response. After the Holidays I tried again and aagain could not get them to either return my calls or even answer when I called. Again I tried to email them and they sent a robo response directing me to access a form that I could fill out but because it had been more than 30 days since purchase would not refund my money. Prior to this incident I did not have any problems with this company..
      Since I had tried repeatedly to contact them with out success, I feel they should accept the return and refund my money especilly since it was an issue not previously forseen.

      Vitality Extracts

      I ordered some essential oils to use on my skin and hair and one for my legs. I tried the skin oil and it irritated my eyes so bad I could hardly see. But worse than that, I have a small dog with collapsing trachea and it caused a bad flare up with that which became almost life threatening. I have sent them three emails and called numerous times and got no response either way. All I want is to be able to return these for a refund because I absolutely cannot use them. Their general rule for refunds is a store credit which does me no good since I cannot use their products. Can you please help me get this resolved? Thank you so much.

      I placed an online order with Vitality Extracts on Dec. 19, 2022. It was for 2- 30ml bottles of Immunity and 2- 30ml bottles of Sweet Dreams, for a total of $89.56. Shipment states 5-7 business days. I received my order on Jan. 9, 2023 (21 actual days after order was placed) and it was missing 1- 30 ml bottle of Sweet Dreams. I emailed the company on Jan. 10, 2023, stating that I was missing a bottle of the Sweet Dreams and that I would appreciate them sending it to me as it was paid for. When doing so, they claim that a representative will contact back in 1-3 business days. I received zero replies. So, I emailed them again on Jan. 13, 2023. No reply again. I found a customer service phone number on their website, ###-###-####, so I called 4 times on Jan. 9th, no answer. I called again on Jan. 13th and twice on Jan. 17th, each time it would ring and then immediately hang up. No chance to leave a message and certainly no chance to speak to anyone. On Jan. 17, 2023 I sent out 2 letters to Vitality Extracts, one going to the Utah office and one going to the San Diego office. I did mention in my letters that if this was not resolved that I would be contacting the BBB. I emailed the company again last week and still not one response from them to try to rectify this issue. All I want is my missing, paid for product. I want to be done with this company. I have ordered from them several times and never an issue. I am done with them once this is taken care of. It is very poor business ethic and I'm tired of chasing them down for their error.

      Placed order on 11/13/22. Package finally arrived on 12/2/22, but it was someone else’s order. Tried calling 800# on 12/4/22, but was unable to speak to anyone - said “queue was full”, so sent email to Customer Support. Emailed again on 12/8/22 and 1/2/23. Called Customer Service again twice on 1/23/23 and call was dropped each time.

      Placed order for $96.83 on Dec 24, 2022. Order #*******. Ckd status of order on Jan 11 - USPS tracking number said pkg had arrived in ELP on Jan 7 at 10:03 and acceptance was pending. On Jan 16 I called USPS Cust Svc; they referred me to the same tracking info. Called our local PO on Jan 17. They said pkg was in the hands of a 3rd party and not in the USPS system at all. I emailed Vitality Extr and asked them to contact their shipper to try to locate the pkg. No response to date. I really needed this pkg because I had ordered some Breathe Easy for a friend who is having serious breathing issues that need more than std medical interventions. If I can't get the pkg, I would like a full refund. Thank you for your help.
      p.s. I have ordered from them before with no problems.

      I purchased products as new customer in early December. Received product I did not order. Tried contacting by phone. Told volume too high to fill out form which I did several times. Advised not to fill out anymore. Concerned didn’t want charges for product I didn’t order. Never received a call back or email. Nothing…is this a scam? Customer service non existent. Holidays long gone.

      I ordered product from vitality essential oils. The day that it says my package was delivered I went out to my mailbox to find an envelope from them that had not been sealed properly. That envelope was completely empty. Every attempt that I have made to contact them has not been answered. When you call the customer service phone number, it hangs up on me or says the que is full.. I have filed several written complaints. At this point I would just like my money back. My order number was *******. The day I received my empty envelope in the mail was January 7th,2023. I would really like to have this resolved please.

      My order #******* was placed on January 1. Vitality Extracts sent an email that it was shipped on January 8. They provided a tracking number and indicated it was picked up by a shipping partner and was en route to USPS. The package in fact HAS NOT BEEN shipped per the shipping partner who I contacted today (January 18). Vitality Extracts will NOT respond to emails, "submitted forms" or phone calls. I have contacted my credit card company as well to attempt to have the charges reversed. It appears that V.E. is not going to refund me or ship my products without a fight.
