I have had 2 Authorized transactions with this company that have been satisfactory (order numbers can be supplied as needed to resolve this issue):
1. October 30, 2022 - Order #aaaaaaa, ordered and delivered
2. November 3, 2022 - Order #bbbbbbb, ordered and delivered
And since I have NOT ordered NOR authorized subscription/recurring payments for ANY orders. However, at the beginning of the last two months I have gotten billed for and received the following which I have been attempting to contact the business WITHOUT success many times by phone, and at least twice by email. The only emails I get back appear to be automated. Unauthorized Orders were:
3. December 3, 2022 - Order #xxxxxxx NOT ordered NOR authorized, but delivered and trying to return.
4. January 2, 2022 - Order #yyyyyyy NOT ordered NOR authorized, but delivered and trying to return.
From examining the last 3 years of complaints, it appears that this has happened at least 4 other times for other customers.
I will continue to try to contact the business through email, their web site and phone, but I am requesting that I be refunded in full and these NON-AUTHORIZED orders be stopped. I have yet to be called by the business after trying to call and email them in mid-December. When called, the phone system at the business always says that the call backlog is large and to call back at a later time, then the phone disconnects without an opportunity to select an option or leave a message. I have called during and after business hours with the same result.
I appreciate any assistance and help that the BBB can provide...I have had prior help from your team and have always been satisfied with the results. Emails, etc. can be provided as needed to document my contact with the business.Initial Complaint

Received order on 11/21/22 and returned one of the items on 11/22/22, after getting approval for the credit coupon of $44.95.
I have called numerous times after sending several emails as they stated it would be more convenient. I have been more than patient and no longer want the coupon to purchase anything from this company. From 1122/22 to 1/13/23 I just want my money back. Thank you for any assistance. I purchased one of their products on a "subscription". After several months I decided to cancel. Their website offers the option to cancel and I have submitted FIVE times. When you attempt to call the number offered, you get the option of 1 or 2. One is to place and order and 2 is to speak with customer service. It connects then hangs up after a couple of seconds. On 12/6/22 I purchased a Kids Dream Tiger's Eye Bracelet for $24.47 (order #*******) Tracking for this item has not updated since 12/21/22 when it was transferred from UPS to USPS. I have made several attempts to contact this company via phone and email and have not received any response. All I am asking for is a resolution to this matter, either by a replacement or a refund. I have a very sad 7yr. Old that was expecting this bracelet for Christmas. I find it unacceptable that it has been almost a month since paying for this product & I still have not received it or a response from the company. According to the Shop app they use, my order was received on November 24, 2022 but never shipped. I have tried to contact them numerous times via their webform, email, Facebook and text for the last several weeks. Only response I got was an email that said “Files.” This order was for over $200! I placed an order on Dec 14 2022. My credit card was immediately charged $86.00 . I received a text that my order was out for delivery but the order was never received. I ordered $280 worth of products from Vitality Extracts & never received anything from them. They never responded to my emails about the order & nobody answered their phones. They promised 10 business days for delivery, & after more than a month I still haven't received anything. I asked them to simply refund the order & nothing. After leaving my review on the BBB Site, I realize that this is a scamming business that needs to be stopped! Please stop this business from scamming more people. And if I CAN get my money back, that would be great seeing as how times are tough right now. Thank you!!!Initial Complaint

Made a order on November 26 2022. Was confirmed on the site and issued order #******* and paid total 102.86. I have tried calling them message through web site and get no response. They have taken the money but no product and the order was all Christmas gifts for my serverly Autistic Grandson. Please help with this. I have loved all there products and this never happened. Ordered 12/1 $150.00 of oils . Shipped 12/8. It is now 12/23 and tracking has showed the package sitting in York PA for over a week. Obviously I am not getting my order …just want a refund at this point
