Very unimpressed with this company. My roller bottle doesnt work. I asked for help several times. Kept telling me tricks to make it work. I kept saying I'd already been told that. Then of course after 14 days, then they respond the return window is now closed. What a joke.Initial Complaint

5/30/2023 placed order ORDER #*******
on 6/6/2023 received the order, the cinnamon oil and the lavender oil re not genuine oils, the smells are that of rotting feet. I have purchased these types of oils for years elsewhere and no the smell and quality when good. This never sent a link for the actual return information and then as well told me only a store credit. I am not interested in getting other fraud or fake and bad and possibly dangerous items from them so I need a refund to the original card for the $22 total.Initial Complaint

Ordered and paid for products I never received and also purchased Skin Envy from Vitality Extracts. The product gave me hives. On March 30, 2033 vitality extracts took money from my cash app of 89.67 for essential oils I never received. They don’t answer their phone or emails. I would like a refund. I think this is a very bad company.Initial Complaint

On Dec. 2, 2022, I placed an order for three essential oils totalling $88.71. After several weeks of not receiving this order, I tried to contact Vitality Extracts by email form and by phone. The phone number is answered always that the cue is full, please call again. When customer service answered my email, they said I had received that order. I can prove via my SHOP app on my phone that this order has not been delivered, but was lost somewhere in TN. They would not believe me. I complained to my credit card, and they refunded my purchase price. However, Vitality Extracts has now charged my credit card again for this same purchase. I tried calling again, and the "cue" is full. I have emailed again. This company has terrible customer service, and they owe me $88.71. My order number is *******.Initial Complaint

I purchased essential oils online from vitality extracts on February 16, 2023. My order number was ******* for $109.63 paid for via credit card/debit card. I have contacted vitality several times in the past month. The transaction stated it would take 5 to 7 business days to arrive. It has been over one month and my product according to the tracking number says it stuck in another state. I have requested they send out product to me a few times. They keep sending me draft letters that say the exact same thing but from different people. Never a phone number never an email nothing. My payment has cleared the bank and yet I still have no product and no one has contacted me or responded with any details. They are refusing to follow up with their tracking information since they are the sender and are putting it all on me. I can’t get anywhere because I did not send out the product.Initial Complaint

I ordered 3 products for for a total of $18.05 plus 2.21 tax for a total of $20.26 after a $25 discount supposedly using a discount code. They Added on a larger size of one of the products for a cost of $22.79. I DID NOT REQUEST/CHOOSE to add any other products. I called their customer service contact number and was left on hold for exactly one hour then the call was disconnected. Looked at my bank account online and they have already charged my account for both amounts. If I had added something on it should have been only one charge. I have tried to cancel the order but their system won’t let me . I WANT THIS ORDER CANCELED AND MY MONEY RETURNED IMMEDIATELY. I did not know they are crooked And Not BBB Certified. Please Help. I purchased 2 bottles of extracts for my hair and signed up for automatic subscription. Later decided to end the subscription to no avail. I have tried calling, no answer. Have emailed multiple times to end it, but they continue to steal 59.64 from my account. I have notified my bank, but if they change the amount by a penny, they can steal more. They are a scam!! I am looking to have them stopped and 119.28 refunded to me. I did receive product after canceling and am more than happy to return, but am requesting assistance with receiving a refund.
