The following describes a pending government action that has been formally brought by a government agency but has not yet been resolved. We are providing a summary of the governments allegations, which have not yet been proven.
On November 20th, 2019 the individuals were charged by the U.S. Attorney's Office of the Southern District of New York for conspiracy to commit wire fraud in connection with a telemarketing scheme targeting the elderly. Defendants allegedly created and used "Money Sucking Website" to identify vulnerable victims whom they then targeted and victimized. Derrek Larkin and Mattie Cirilo were additionally charged with obstruction of justice.
