      Worst experience Ive ever had. I came in to the *********, ********* location. I ordered a pesto sandwich with a salad. I asked ****** about the sandwich if it had what ingredients it had on there, I said if theres cheese, I would like no cheese then ordered my salad with no cheese, proceeded to bite my sandwich. It has cheese on it. I go to return the sandwich, and ****** tells me that I am actually not telling the truth that I ordered no cheese only on my salad which I only ordered the sandwich first before the salad so thats highly unlikely how I couldve done that let alone Ive been ordering no cheese on my sandwich and Addition sides for 40+ years she told me that I did not order that way that I ordered a regular sandwich then would not refund my money when I asked her for a refund and to tell me that I was wrong in this situation and that she would not return my money yes they made me a new sandwich, but with the attitude and the disrespect, I didnt even have the taste to even eat there anymore. I just wanted my money back and I wanted to leave did call the police on this matter finding out when your money is spent at a business now you have to go through a civil court if something is wrong so for $15 I would have to sue *** zupas civilly to get my money back which then I had to box up my food because I was gonna be stuck with nothing no money and with no food otherwise I thought secondly and I went out to my car with the food and Called my credit card company. Hopefully, they will pull the charge but as of now I went back in and return the food because I do not want it. It is what I did not order and I dont feel like I should have to pay for it if I give it back in the order that it was received , this problem and the way she treated me in the customer service and to tell somebody that they are lying is totally out of line and for the business to support her as a management position is highly a bad decision on their part.

      We have noticed that the quality and portions from this ********************** have gone down significantly over the past year, which has been very disappointing. However, the big problem we have been having is that out of the last 10 times we have ordered from them, (Yes, we have kept track on purpose to confirm this is an ongoing issue) they have made mistakes 7 out of the ******************************************************************************* items that were put into orders that should not have been included, mistakes were made. We have picked up orders only to find that part of the order was missing. (Luckily, we check before leaving) *********** we have had dishes included that we never ordered.I have brought these issues up to the managers on at least 5 separate occasions, yet the mistakes only seem to be getting worse. We placed an order directly from their website for it to be delivered to us. When it was delivered, we discovered it was an order for someone else. I immediately called and spoke with a manager who told me that they had my order there and that I should come pick it up. I explained that I ordered and paid for delivery and wanted it delivered. I was again told that if I wanted my order, I would have to come pick it up, and that it was not possible for them to deliver the order to me. I asked if I could speak to a general manager or district manager and was flat out told no. When I asked if I could leave a number and have them call me back, I was told I was wasting my time and that they would just tell me the same thing. I tried to insist and was repeatedly denied. The person I spoke with was very snippy and rude. At this point I was frustrated and finally just demanded a refund for my order and was hung up on
