I placed a one-time order for a product called Vizz through the Upscript website (REMOVED) in April 2026. My intent was to try the product — not to become a repeat buyer.
Today I received an unexpected second delivery, charged at $200. I had not authorized this order, so I went online to determine whether I had accidentally reordered or whether a subscription had been attached to my account without my knowledge. The website offered no mechanism to request an ongoing prescription, nor was there any visible option to opt out of future orders. When I reviewed my order history, I found a second order placed on June 19. (I kept getting an error message trying to uplaod it).
I called customer service to understand what had happened as I had not made an order on June 19th or any other time beyond the intial order in April. The representative told me the company had sent both an email and a text message notifying me of the upcoming order, and that I had opened the email. This is false. I searched my inbox, spam folder, trash, and text messages thoroughly — no communication about a second order exists anywhere. I said as much to the representative, and she simply insisted I had received the email and told me I would be charged the full amount.
Had I found something in spam or trash, I could accept that the communication was sent, even if I'd missed it. But I found nothing, and the representative's flat assertion — made without any evidence — was both untrue and deceptive. She then made a change on her end to cancel the ongoing order, without explaining what the issue was or how I could have managed it myself. This is a new company.
