My family and I have been (past pense now) repeat customers of this business, but we bought REMOVED9 and had an issue getting functionality to work on our computer. Lots of big talk, months past to years, and no resolution. Bought RootsMagic 10, asked for support getting the new program to work, and their customer service is basically non-existent. Just pointed to the installation instructions that came with the program. We followed up to say we still had an issue, and they closed the request. The business model is predatory selling software people can't use. It's not unreasonable to expect some support--because that's basically a sales REMOVEDat your own risk is the message I've received. We will not be buying again.
