    Excellent service!!! Easy, fast process, knowledgeable **** ******* who guided me thru the process with no problems!! Had my service up and running within two days as promised, and WOW!!!! Thank you!!!

    Had ****** net. That system never worked properly, called to get it fixed to no avail. Started looking for another provider and found these guys. Got the new modem quickly and set it up in about 15 mins. Has worked great ever since. We can stream on multiple devices and my daughter can now do her home work as well. It has been a total 180 degree turn around from what we had. I would recommend these guys at this point. I haven't had any issues yet, but if they do arise, I will follow up with a review on customer service as well.

    Terrible everything about this company, service *****, customer support *****. Was told by an agent/employee that works at firewifi that this is the best way to get wifi for steel building in the middle of a pasture. Had to order antenna due to the steel building, not a problem. Get everything 100% installed correctly, tried making minor adjustments, making sure the "view" from the antenna to the tower was branch-free, and completely cleared, and it still didnt work properly, super slow, couldn't stream on anything, apps wouldn't load.Contacted company to cancel my plan and get a refund for the equipment, I'm 2 days out from the 14 day return policy so I'm out the cost of the modem, the antenna and one month of service. Approx. $340 for something that hasn't worked from the beginning. Wasn't able to return it, so now I'm stuck with a modem and antenna I can't use, and out $340. Do not recommend to anyone at all.

    I spoke to ***** a knowledgeable, professional, and very awesome guy (who totally deserves a big fat raise!) who contacted me after hours I think ** we kept missing eachother due to I owning a business and work crazy hours . He answered all of my questions never skipping a beat and and even explained some of the set up process that I would have never gotten thru if he hadnt given me the heads up!! We will see about the service but as far as the customer service ***** YOUR THE MAN GREAT JOB *** I FEEL GOID ABOUT THE CHOICE I MADE SO FAR JUST FROM OUR CONVERSATION AND BUSINESS DEALING.
