    **************** is not, what I would consider, adequate support. Sometimes you will call and wait for 20 minutes then be hung up on (multiple times). They will tell you someone will be in touch with you but that *** be 24 hours later. I spent so much time on hold or on the phone that my entire evenings were devoted to being on the phone with them (mostly on hold). They would not budge on the "restocking fee" even though the trial period was less than ideal considering how much time I spent on hold, frustrated and left waiting for someone to call me back while not having WIFI. I would highly discourage using this company if you are in a rural area. I live in ** and was able to acquire better WIFI thru US Cellular as I barely had any signal at all with FireWifi. I spent almost $600 for equipment and first months service and then lost $100 for the "restocking fee" and had to pay out of pocket to ship the equipment back. I truly wish I wouldn't have taken the risk on this company as I was already hesitant due to the upfront cost and not-so-well-known name/company. Proceed at your own risk!

    Switched from satellite internet to fire WiFi and it's faster and half the price
