    We live in the middle of nowhere and this is the Best internet we have found. We lived in the city before and it runs just as good as our high speed internet did!!

    The only service I could get in my area besides a satellite dish and so grateful that it works. We are able to watch movies in 4K and gaming. So happy ??

    We live in a very rural area of ******** and we are delightfully pleased with the fast & reliable service (it has not faltered once! Very happy with the quality and price of the internet as well.

    To be honest, this is the best internet service I EVER had.when I lived in *************, we were getting 200 mbps from spectrum.I am currently get 450 mbps from FireWifi.there is a occasional hiccup where it drops carrier but picks right up I TOTALLY LOVE the service! I wish I could attach a jpeg to show the speeds!Jrich rural Georgia

    There should be a more efficient way to allow us to receive the modem at the location we are at and not only at home. I go to work very early in the morning and dont come back past 6:00 pm and Im not able to wait for the *** guy at home. I received my modem 5 days after I paid for the service and for you to collect my money did not care where I was located

    Not as happy as **** told I would be. This is not an improvement as to what I had. I now have fewer bars of service. I went from 4 bars to only two. Speed seems to be a little better, only because I have not yet experienced the throttling back that I was experienced with Mediacom. I am not getting rid of Mediacom until this gets better. I do not seem to be getting the support I was promised.

    Great service! I live where cable and satellite are not an option. I haven't had any issues and am very pleased with the service. I highly recommend them. Staff are very helpful.

    I have had the service for nearly 2 years. When I got the system, it was exclusively Fire Wifi and customer service was easy to get ahold of and problems were solved quickly. They recently partnered with Infinite Wifi, and now you cannot get ahold of customer service, ever. We had 2 devices, only one of which ever worked. Price on my original was *****/month. Price on the second was ******/month, same provider, same sim, same package. We ended up going and replacing the latter, more expensive one with a more local company who had much better service and options. We then proceeded to cancel out the ******/month line from Fire Wifi. The billing just hit on the other one we still have, and last month it was ***** and this month, magically appears at ******. We are working through the process (will probably take several weeks) to cancel out the other service as we do not associate with thieves or dishonest businesses who take advantage of their long time customers. There have been many times throughout the process where they have just shut down the sim card and not told us, and continued to bill us for months while not providing service. When they do this, you have to pay for the new sim card and you don't get an option as they will just take the money right from the card on file. For most of the time since they have partnered, (of 24 months approx.) we have been without internet for around 8 months in total, which has been billed religiously regardless of their promise to provide service and failing to do so. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Anyone who raves about the great customer service should try and call, see how far you get or if your call is ever even returned. My sincere suggestion, find a different provider, save your money if you value it. If they took their customer service as seriously as they take the receipt of money, they may have done well.
