      We had the last of our original windows replaced and they are beautiful and have made a huge difference in energy efficiency. We are able to keep the house at a more controlled temperature even in the heat of summer. The crew was polite, clean and professional. Would recommend again.

      Performance Windows look amazing! The crew communicated arrival time and were very quick and efficient on install. They left us with clear instructions on how the windows work, cleaning ***************** information. We were very pleased with the ***************** from start to finish.

      ************, **. The double panel windows were installed last October 2024, and the small one on top of the entrance door was broken. We waited months for them to replace it. And, when they came to replace it, the second one was broken too. They also replaced one window in the living room because there was a problem, but then I noticed that I couldnt lock it, and sometimes I have the same problem with the two windows in the garage. When I talked to ******* over the phone about the problems I was having with the windows, he said that with the double panels theres this inconvenience and discrepancy, unfortunately, where, especially if the windows are big, you have to push with one hand the top window, and then lock the bottom. Nobody told us that we would have had this inconvenience with the double panels windows. He showed us how to close it, but he didnt specify the discrepancy in details. Now, if youre 52 feet or shorter, you need to stand on a stool to reach the top window and then lock the bottom one. ******* also said: How I was supposed to know that you needed to use a stool to reach the top window. Another representative also said that unfortunately theres this inconvenience because of my height. In other words the problem is my height not the windows. Today **** came home, but when I asked him to come in and check the window in the living room that doesnt close it all, he refused saying: I have nothing to show you anymore in a very arrogant manner. The window in the living room doesnt close. When I asked ******* to come and check the window, he said that he trusted his installer, and then he asked me to send a video to show him that the window doesnt close. New windows, and were already experiencing problems. This is so deceiving and disrespectful.

      The windows were installed by an excellent crew. They made sure everything was leveled and sealed tightly. The gentlemen even fixed the uneven/hole in my concrete foundation before installing the sliding door. I can really notice a difference on these hot summer days, my home stays cool. There is also a great difference in noise reduction, I barely hear any outside noises anymore.

      Permit process wasnt ideal but the installation went as described and was completed in the time frame that was discussed. The Performance team was professional and extremely nice and helpful.

      Great experience with Performance Windows. The installation crew was on task from start to finish. One day installation, with crews thoroughly cleaning up when installation was complete. We have already raised our thermostat setting 3 degrees higher and the temperature actually feels cooler in the home.

      Just had three windows installed by Performance Windows and the entire process was great. The installers were professional and had all three windows done in about an hour. The work was clean, fast, and everything looks perfect. Definitely recommend them if you're looking for efficient and quality window installation!

      When they say they are done quickly and efficiently they mean it! Performance windows has been a great company to work with. They made sure they cleaned up after they finished installing our windows/door. It was cool to see how they precisely cut the old windows pand the measurements were on point. The new windows fit perfectly and they even made sure the windows were cleaned.They were friendly and Al made sure to go over what the windows could do once again as a refresher. Love our new windows! Couldn't be any happier!

      We just had new windows installed with Performance Windows, and impressed is not a strong enough word. From start to finish the guys were awesome. The entire install was very efficient and clean. We have a 3 month old baby, and the installers made sure to do the window in the babys room first, so that I could put him down for a nap while they finished working on the other windows. The whole process was seamless. We are so thrilled!
