      Performance Windows did an excellent job! They changed half of the windows in our home in an efficient and timely manner. We will be calling them in the near future to change the rest. If you need to replace your windows, Performance Windows is definitely the company to call.

      DO NOT BUY WINDOWS FROM THIS COMPANY. They offer a "true lifetime warranty" on their contract. COMPLETELY UNTRUE!! Over half our windows have warped (within 1.5 years) and they have used stall tactic after stall tactic to get out of replacing our windows. We ended up hiring a lawyer and they even have evaded THAT. They hide behind the window manufacturer because they are the only legitimate company with anything to loose. They are acting as a general contractor by selling, purchasing and installing the windows for the homeowner. They are NOT licensed contractors in the state of *******. They do not carry any sort of liability insurance. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.

      No soliciting sign literally right next to my door and he still knocked and was pushy pushy pushy!!! Please, No means No. I was afraid to say anything

      I tried to cancel a windows install and ******* was horrible. He gaslighted me about not being able to cancel it. I asked for the supplier's contact info and his boss's name and he refused. Terrible customer service.

      I was approached by the Performance Windows sales team with an offer to make my home an Advertisement Home. Under this arrangement, the installation would supposedly be at no charge, with a 30% savings on windows, provided I allowed them access to my electric bill for one year to determine energy savings, and placed six months of advertising signage on my front lawn.However, when the actual quote arrived for replacing 8 vinyl double-pane windows with low-E coating and gas fill, plus a sliding glass door, it came to $41,000. This was far above what I expected in fact, its 46 times higher than the typical market range for this type of ********** comparing with other reputable local installers in the ************/********* area, similar jobs generally range between $4,500 and $8,500 for quality vinyl windows with low-E and argon gas, including installation and a sliding glass door. Even the most premium vinyl installations I reviewed stayed under $10,000 unless there were major structural changes or luxury brand upgrades.While the salesperson was polite and explained the product options clearly, this pricing felt significantly out of step with market norms even factoring in the Advertisement Home discount and promotional terms. I would strongly recommend anyone considering window or door replacement get multiple quotes and compare per-unit pricing, warranties, and actual savings before making a decision.

      These guys are amazing! The windows are very easy to operate and high quality. Next day, I noticed how it makes the difference in terms of the heat resistance. Performance windows technicians were so neat and quiet! I had a business with other windows companies, and I had to clean the whole house after their installation. After Performance windows installation, I was barely see anything.Highly recommend and definitely will come back for my next set of windows!

      I have a no soliciting sign on my front door. And these people blatantly ignored that sign, ring my doorbell, and woke up my child. I have a very specific reason as to why I have that sign up, and it is not so that solicitors can come to my door and disturb me and my family. You can rest assure that I will never use this company, and if there was anybody that needs windows, I will do everything I possibly can to persuade them to never use this company. I really hope this company goes bankrupt, because they absolutely deserve to.

      Had a great experience with Performance! Communication was fast and proactive. The team arrived on time and was very professional. The install was fast and they cleaned up after themselves. Love how our windows look.

      We had the last of our original windows replaced and they are beautiful and have made a huge difference in energy efficiency. We are able to keep the house at a more controlled temperature even in the heat of summer. The crew was polite, clean and professional. Would recommend again.
