      My husband and I had an awesome experience with Performance windows! The installers were very polite and respectful, They told us install would take about 4 hours and they finished in less than 2! We were very impressed by their efficiency and cleanliness. I would recommend Performance Windows to all family and friends!

      Is it standard practice to hire door to door salesman who don't care about people's privacy?I just got a knock on my door from a salesman named "******* ********" asking my girlfriend if we were interested in new windows. Here is the thing I have 2 "No Soliciting" sign on my house one on the house itself and one on the door. What makes you think I would ever use you guys as a window replacement company if your employees don't even care about my wishes. And FYI, My house is over 50 years old and my next big project is new windows. I started pricing from a few different places already. Looks like instead of pricing from you I'm going to leave some reviews on **** and ********. Oh and look what I just found on the BBB website the headquarters for your company. Looks like I'll be emailing them as well. I would not use this company if they don't honor my wishes of "No Soliciting"

      The marketing director, ****** set me up for the first steps of the purchase and installation of the windows, I love. A person came to measure the windows. At the time I was not sure I wanted to go through with it. He convinced me that Performance Windows is a good company to go with. On the day of the installation, I had concerns I shared with ***** ****. She said she would relay my concerns with the installation crew and to call her back if I had not heard from them in an hour. **** contacted me with the time and when they were expertly and quickly installing the windows, I had a huge relief that I had purchased the best windows in the long run. ******, ****, ****** and ****** were respectful and courteous. They were all friendly and accommodating. I am beside myself with happiness that I chose Performance Windows.

      I was very impressed that the crew to install my windows arrived at 8:30 AM, exactly when they were scheduled. They installed 16 windows in less than a day and were done by 3:30 or so. Very professional job and good teamwork. The windows themselves are a delight; both beautiful and functional. They have added to my home's curb appeal and I am very pleased with the process and the results.

      Performance Windows replaced half of our windows. They showed up on time and replaced half the windows as contracted. The workers completed the window replacement before 2pm. Great crew.

      Performance Windows did an excellent job! They changed half of the windows in our home in an efficient and timely manner. We will be calling them in the near future to change the rest. If you need to replace your windows, Performance Windows is definitely the company to call.

      DO NOT BUY WINDOWS FROM THIS COMPANY. They offer a "true lifetime warranty" on their contract. COMPLETELY UNTRUE!! Over half our windows have warped (within 1.5 years) and they have used stall tactic after stall tactic to get out of replacing our windows. We ended up hiring a lawyer and they even have evaded THAT. They hide behind the window manufacturer because they are the only legitimate company with anything to loose. They are acting as a general contractor by selling, purchasing and installing the windows for the homeowner. They are NOT licensed contractors in the state of *******. They do not carry any sort of liability insurance. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.

      No soliciting sign literally right next to my door and he still knocked and was pushy pushy pushy!!! Please, No means No. I was afraid to say anything
