      I am rejecting this response because:

      Not only are there multiple reports throughout your own website's reviews for this to be a true statement, yesterday alone brought at least TEN reports of this being the MO of your salesforce not only now but in past excursions into the Wells Branch area, many of them with Ring doorbell recordings.  Our neighborhood is officially looking into how to coordinate for legal harrassment issues.   I will forward not only the online responses within our neighborhood group of over 1800 people, but I will also ask those who have it on recordings to forward those videos to me for sharing to you.  There is not a single case of responders saying anything OTHER than "they completely disregarded our No soliciting signs.  You can even see it on [said] Ring video."  In my case, I have no less than THREE - one at my doorbell, one at the porch entry, and one that is eye level to the door.  It is easy to write that they are trained to respect no soliciting signs, the reality is that they don't, instead using the phrase "Oh, we didn't notice them."  You have people who have small children sleeping, dogs that do not need to be disturbed, and people who sleep during the day as well as people with mobility issues, such as myself, that do not appreciate the blatant disregard of the No Soliciting signs when posted, and your staff is lying to you if they tell you they are respecting those.

      ion against the company for this, and there is a ton of evidence on video and photos that back it up. I've told them that the next time it happens I will ask them one time and on the 2nd sales attempt, I'm calling the police, reporting an intruder and giving them physical descriptions as well as video of the interactions. Looking at the reviews I'd say there are a LARGE number of people who would be interested in a class action lawsuit for harassment, and that's literally not a joke.

      ******* and ****** ***** had 13 windows installed at their home on 1/9/2025.

      Recently, the ****** stated that one of the windows didnt lock, and that they were disappointed that the two-lite slide windows did not have the easy clean feature that our double hung windows have. 

      We assessed the unlockable window and confirmed there was a problem with the window sashes that needed to be addressed by our installers. Two new sashes were ordered and installed on 5/7/2025. 

      To address the cleaning function, we demonstrated how the sashes get removed for cleaning purposes and the homeowners expressed disappointment that the sliders dont operate the same way as our double hung windows do.  The lack of an easy clean feature on the windows in question, was discussed during the sales meeting.

      We were told about a window that would not lock, we responded by ordering two sashes and fixing the issue.  We were told Mr. ***** was unhappy that the windows type that he ordered did not have an "Easy Clean" feature.  We explained and demonstrated how he could clean the windows he ordered.  His new response alludes to other issues that we have not addressed, but he does not address them in here.

      I had 14 windows installed by Performance Windows back in May of 2024 and they pulled a building permit and completed the job back in May 2024. There are missing screws in the windows and they have never been inspected in order to close the building permit. I can not sell my house until this permit is closed. I have called the company numerous times and have had no results. I am considering suing them for breach of contract.

      Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.  Mr. ********* is correct that his permit should have been closed by now.  We have talked to the County and have now called Mr. ********* twice in order to schedule a final inspection so we can close the permit.  Once we get this done, we can close it out.  We appreciate Mr. *********'s patience.

      company very unprofessional left me with plywood for a window been two weeks haven't heard back from them. not happy with living room window looks unfinished. cracks all around window as well they cracked the frame of the window.

      I had a door to door sales man named ******* knock on my door. I kindly said we were not interested and said please to respect my no soliciting sign. He then argued legally he doesnt have to listen to the sign. I said youre right but Im still not interested. He then continued to yell and put his door in my door frame preventing me shutting the door. He yelled at me that I am being financially dumb because he is trying to help. He then called me names using derogatory terms ****** he was very rude and when I threatened to call the cops he finally left. But when leaving he spit on my walk way. I am not trying to do anything but get this company fined for this or this guy terminated.

      One of Performance windows "marketing team" came to my house today. We have a clear NO SOLICITING sign and despite this, he approached my fiance to begin trying to sell her windows. She was on the phone and working, she tried to point this out to him, but he kept talking over her. She tried to politely say no, but he kept insisting he should come inside and measure. He kept highly pressuring my fiance to let him in the house while she was alone! Finally he just said "he would come back later" and left. He did come back later, but fortunately I was home this time. He tried lying to me saying "your fiance scheduled an appointment for me to measure for windows" again trying to gain entry into our house! I know this to be false since the whole thing is on camera. At this point I was livid and told him we had no appointment and pointed out the NO SOLICITING sign right in front of him. His response was "im not soliciting I am part of the marketing team" I asked him where is permit was and he said "he didn't need one" which is a complete lie in Fort Worth. This company is using high pressure and downright aggressive tactics to try and gain entry into peoples houses.

      I am writing to express my frustration regarding a recent door-to-door solicitation by one of their representatives at my home on 12/10/24. Despite having a prominently displayed "No Soliciting" sign, their representative disregarded this clear request and knocked on my door.The purpose of a "No Soliciting" sign is to ensure privacy and prevent unsolicited interruptions. By ignoring this sign, their representative not only disrespected my wishes but also demonstrated a lack of regard for professional and ethical standards.I value my privacy and expect companies to honor these boundaries. I urge the company to better train their employees to recognize and respect "No Soliciting" signs in the future. Additionally, I request that you confirm that they have addressed this issue and ensure it does not happen again.
