    Slowly but surely since 2020 I sank into a depression to the point of waking up each morning with my first thought being "I'm still here" and not meaning that in a good way. I had lost all purpose and meaning in live, had no more goals, was isolated almost totally from other people physically and emotionally. But a spark kept me looking for help. I purchased a program called Rewrite History and got about a third done with it when I received a call from Achieve Today (because of the program) and after extensive talking, sending a journal of my "issues" I purchased a year of unlimited coaching and access to their dashboard for DIY courses. That was in late September of 2023 and it is now February. In that amount of time I have progressed emotionally to the point of getting out and volunteering with a rehabilitation riding therapy farm, being around people and much more social. I've connected more closely with my daughter and her family. Having access to the coaches as often as I want has really kept me in contact with the "outside" world and kept me focused on keeping up with bringing myself out of the deep depression I was in that even therapy was not reaching because I didn't have the right environment to express myself in. I've had coaching from 7 of the 10 available. In the beginning the thought of talking to different people and not having one specific person like in conventional therapy was scary, but each coach brings a different set of skills and perspective and I am very grateful for the team of amazing people with their own special talents that I have to keep me on track, positive, hopeful, learning, believing, and stretching. I truly believe that I would still be lurking in depression and inertia instead of starting to look forward to most days (yes, I still have my down days, but definitely just a dip, not a downward spiral) without them and Achieve Today.

    I was connected to Achieve Today by taking a real estate course. ************************* was assigned as my coach, and I found that working with him was engaging, pleasant, and thought provoking. Having been on a shift of mindset journey prior to my coaching sessions, the topics that we discussed fell in line with my current life path and they helped me learn more about myself--why I do certain things, why I hold certain thoughts, why I desire the type of life I dream of, etc. **** is professional, yet able to move the conversation to consistently have me express MY views on a given topic. The ability to speak up and be heard is something I have hesitated at throughout my adult life which I think made me more reserved than I was as a child. The simple act of speaking and hearing what I have to say in conversation has encouraged me to enjoy not only listening, but also adding to conversations as well with no fear of others' thoughts, or, the fear of being wrong (or right). I think anyone who is looking to shift their mental focus from the outward "cause and effect" of life to addressing their internal environment would benefit from taking sessions to really get in touch with their inner man/inner woman. It would be a gift to oneself overall.

    Today was a great day! My session with my coach **** was absolutely fabulous. During our session, I told him was on an emotional roller coaster. Being the awesome coach that he guided me to my answer which was in me the whole time! Answer: Get out of my feelings/emotions and speak truth to myself! Truth: I give power to my feelings/emotions by indulging and ruminating in them. Solution: Create and write the plan, follow(stick to) the plan and enjoy the process!!

    I am blessed to have this opportunity to be coached with Achieve Today. I have learned that I am worthy! My outlook on life is better. I have more confidence in myself. I see the changes in me and that reflects directly on my family. We handle conflicts by thinking through our emotions and actions vs allowing our emotions to take over our actions. I look forward to each day instead of dreading the everyday stuff. I am in control of my life. My limiting beliefs do not control me. I am excited to see where this journey takes me!

    These guys do exactly what they set out to do; its in the name! Today, I achieved a best version of myself. When I first joined, I was referred as part of a mindset program required for the real estate investing program I was on. ******** was my assigned coach. He both challenged me and guided me on points of self betterment. With this I regained my confidence, regained myself and my spirit.Several weeks in, following bouts of personality testing, one of the coaches reached out to me, being impressed with my dedication, my previous knowledge and my determination. He believed I would make an excellent coach and referred me to the coaching team for assessment. Several months later I was fully embarked on the program that has changed my life. With **** greeting me weekly whats new and exciting I engaged in the requirements of the course along with more realisations of self. The journey was longing but shorter than I anticipated. I applied my life to all the principles. I lived to transform myself whilst learning to assist others. And today I achieved! The questions were set in quite a way to determine that not only had I covered all the coursework, but that I understood the application of the art. And 100%! Who could ask for more? I achieved today, but my journey has just begun. I am looking forward to all that the future holds as I work as part of the team that is dedicated to helping to change the world.Thank you ****!     I am a student of Achieve Today working with coach **** and the Achieve Team For the longest time I have felt as though my life has been on auto pilot, just trudging along unmotivated. Reacting to other peoples emergencies or procrastinating until I have a deadline that must be met. Unaware that I was still following the limiting beliefs that I formed in my childhood. Coach **** has Helped me Believe in myself and given me strategies to replace my old beliefs with new Empowering beliefs that will help me create my New Reality. I am now aware of my limiting beliefs and actively working towards clearing them out with the help of Coach ************************* and the Achieve Team. At the beginning of my recent coaching call with **** my Confidence level was at a 3, by the end of our session he helped me raise my confidence level to a 10. I did not think it was possible, I was so impressed. I really resonate with Coach ****, I like his coaching style and feel confident of my successful journey as I follow his advice and all the information and help the Achieve Team provide.
