    My experience while working with coach ****** was a very positive one from start to finish! This was my first time working with a coach one on one and was not sure what to expect, but her questions and receptiveness made our conversations flow and sparked curiosity to further explore my emotions in different ways never imagined. I felt heard and validated through the entirety of the session. She was very personable and I felt like I wasnt talking to a stranger. She made understanding concepts easy and was also compassionate while listening, as well as exploring my responses. I was able to learn more about my attachments, my *************** impact on my experiences, emotional and physical. I also learned some valuable and helpful techniques that I can use to help me feel, process, and rewire my emotions when needed. Overall, I loved our experience and continue to look forward to our weekly sessions!

    ****** is very helpful and knowledgeable coach. Out of all the counseling sessions and therapy sessions, I received in my life. My session with her have been very helpful and life changing. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone.

    ******** was such so helpful in getting me on track mentally to conquer the world .Each and every session she made sure to guide me in the right track to separate things that are actually important in my success from things that are just a short term desires.I would take her as my mentor each and everyday.

    My TLC Mindset Coach has helped me declutter my thinking when trying to focus on important tasks, as well as how to tackle negative thinking. She has really helped me develop ways to slay some of my defaults, and use the tools she has introduced me to so I can get to a better thought-process faster! Well done.

    When I first started my meeting with I **** I didnt really know what to expect! But after the first session (and his suggestion for me to try meditation) I truly feel more centered, and have more concentration for tasks and well as those near and dear to me! I believe this has been uplifting and encouraging experience that Im glad I had the opportunity to experience!

    My coach was great. Taking on this new challenge in it of itself is life changing. The guidance and coaching received was crucial for me personally from my overall self development.
