  Total hit and run operation whose whole objective is to stick you with contracted services that were not explained by the salesman. The one time I did know that they came was a 10 minute buzz around our house - I didnt even know they had left. Cant believe they are allowed to continue this practice, especially considering the overwhelmingly negative reviews - all of which I agree with wholeheartedly.

  This company is a group of thieves. AVOID BRD Pest Solutions! They won't guarantee the service is actually completed. They claim they spray then bill you. the day they serviced my property last, the techs notes claimed he cleared wasp nests and treated the *****. That afternoon when i got home there was a large active wasp nest in my entryway. Clearly the tech lied and hadn't serviced as noted. **************** *** said he will let their tech know to do better next time. That response is absolutely unacceptable. He also said this happens way more than it should and laughed about it.BRD is terrible. Again, AVOID using them for your past control service.

  This company after numerous emails to ****** subscription refuses to cancel my subscription. Made a call as they requested and the account manger refused to cancel the subscription unless I received one more service. Received an unrequested service. I have not paid for that service and continue to seek cancel the cancellation of the subscription. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

  Same story as everyone else. This company is nothing but a big SCAM!! Signed tablet giving permission to do 1 service for $150 which was to spray outside. They billed me another $150, 2 weeks later. For same service, saying I signed up for bi-weekly service for a yr. So they are going to spray my exterior for bugs 24 times in one yr for $150 per visit. Here's the best part. The 2nd service they billed me for and said that they did. They never came and did anything. I have a ring door bell camera that's very sensitive to any movement. There was never anyone at my house spraying but I was definitely charged. This is a scam and they are ripping people off.

  WOW - I gave him my contact information as I wanted to think about it and he could contact me later. They came and serviced my property and are now billing me $50. Never signed up for anything. Getting phone calls and texts messages non stop. Really ridiculous. These people should be put out of business.

  If there was a way to give negative stars I would. I was told that I could try them for a 1 time trial for $50 and if I didnt like their service I could just call in and cancel super easy. When I was told to sign to confirm my appointment turns out it was a one year contract and to get out of it was $380. Do not use these guys. I was told they are a local company in northern ****. Turns out closest office is 2 hours away with the rest of them in *****. This company is a scam.

  I can not recommend BRD Pest Conrol. Their practices are shady. They conveniently leave out crucial information that *** definately need to know, that would help *** decide not to do business w/them. When the salesman halfway explained the services, he handed my husband the Tablet for my husband to sign. My husband told him he didn't want to sign anything w/out reading it; so the salesman handed me the tablet. My husband asked him what I was signing. He said I was signing that he had explained the services. When we finaly saw the agreement on the conputer, we saw the ugly parts they don't want *** to know until it"s too late.It claimed that I had read the agreement, which neither my husband nor I did because they do not carry any paperwork w/them. He also did not tell us that we could not cancel the agreement w/out paying them 80% of the agreement. They claim they can sue *** & *** are liable for court costs. In my opinion this business is not honorable. We are reporting them to the BBB

  Total scam and trick you into a contract that they make impossible to change. They dont care about their customers and dont try to fix a problem or make a fair resolution when telling them they were sneaky and dishonest. Just out to s**** people and use pest control you can get at **********. Cancelling with them is an impossible hassle and they simply do not give AF if you are upset with their service. It took me over a week of calling them over and over to finally get ahold of someone to ask for help and they gave me no other option other than to pay 80% of a year long contract cost!!! to start the cancellation process. Absolutely ridiculous and unfair when they were the ones that lied in the first place.

  Buyer beware! If you need to use a pest control solution, use someone else. We have had nothing but problems with BRD. From the misrepresentation of the service terms by the salesperson at our door to the unresponsive customer service crew on the other side of the phone, they were terrible to deal with. I eventually cancelled the contract which unleashed another saga of pain. Then, after cancellation they had the nerve to text us saying we were schedule for an upcoming treatment as if I had never cancelled!

  Not at all worth the money. They did not contact me prior to arrival as I was told. The ***** were not cleared of wasps nests or cobwebs and it does not look like they put any granules in the yard. I am not at all satisfied with the service provided.
